There was no stopping Trae Young in Game 1. While he only shot 4-13 from deep, he shot 50% from the floor overall, leading to a game-high 48 points. He dished 11 assists on top of that, which ended up being enough for a three-point win. Bogdan Bogdanovic was clearly limited with his knee injury. The player to step up as that secondary scoring option for the Hawks was John Collins, who finished the game with a solid 23-point, 15-rebound double-double.
