The extent of Joel Embiid’s injury is truly unknown at this point. Clint Capella claimed that he thinks Embiid is fully healthy after Embiid scored 39 points, grabbed nine rebounds, dished out four assists and blocked three shots. However, Embiid is officially listed as questionable for Game 2.

For the Hawks, their playoff success continues to be due to the contributions of everyone. Trae Young, of course, led the team in points (35) and assists (10) in Game 1. Bogdan Bogdanović and John Collins put up 21 points. Kevin Huerter and Clint Capella scored 15 and 11, respectively. Even Lou Williams scored eight points in just 11 minutes of play. The Atlanta Hawks will need to continue to diversify the ways in which they attack the 76ers in order to keep Doc Rivers’ squad on their heels.
