If you have a little uncertainty at the quarterback position, you may need to search the waivers to see who is available for a plug and play. These are the top fantasy QB streamers for Week 4 that may be available for a pickup.
Jared Goff has two consecutive games with three touchdowns and over 30 fantasy points. I’ve liked the vibes from this Rams offense since Week 1. He’s surrounded with good weapons. Goff also plays the New York Giants in Week 4, who just gave up 36 points to a second-string Niners offense. Nick Mullens threw for 343 yards against them. The Rams offense is going carve up the Giants defense all game long. Hopefully the Giants will make it somewhat competitive so that Goff will be forced to throw a little more.

Ryan Fitzpatrick has finished with a passer rating above 100 and 24+ fantasy points in his last two games. He completed 90 percent of his passes in Week 3 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, going 18/20 for 160 yards and two touchdowns. Fitzpatrick also went 7/38/1 rushing. He plays a Seattle Seahawks defense that has been bleeding fantasy points. The Seahawks have given up the second-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. Jamal Adams (groin) may not play in this game, too.
Nick Mullens filled in well for Jimmy Garoppolo last week, completing 25/36 passes for 343 yards and one touchdown. George Kittle is likely to come back from his knee injury this week. The Eagles are atrocious against the pass, and I like Mullens if Garoppolo doesn’t play. Philadelphia gave up over 300 yards and two touchdowns to Joe Burrow in Week 2, and 267 yards with three touchdowns to Jared Goff in Week 3. I expect Kyle Shanahan to have the Eagles’ number in Week 4, and the play action passing game should be highly effective. Mullens is a guy that very few people will start, but he could easily have a great game and lead the 49ers to a 3-1 record despite all of their injuries.
Joe Burrow is currently rostered in 62% of ESPN leagues, so he does not qualify for this article, but he is a great start against a poor Jaguars defense, who have little ability to rush the quarterback. This should give Burrow more time to throw than he’s had all year. Burrow is second in the NFL in pass attempts, only behind Dak Prescott, and he has some great weapons around him.
Gardner Minshew (rostered in 68% of leagues) let owners down in Week 3, but he looked great the previous two weeks. I think he bounces back against the Cincinnati Bengals, especially if he gets D.J. Chark back this week.
