Taking a look at the best low-owned fantasy football WR options to play in Week 11, including the Jacksonville Jaguars’ Parker Washington.
As we start to get to the final push for the fantasy playoffs in Week 11 of the NFL season, we are now in full-on survival mode. At this point, all that matters is winning and putting yourself in a position where you don’t have to sweat your results until the last week of the fantasy regular season. With not many great fantasy football WR options on waivers this week, it’s important that the receiver you choose shows up to play in a big way.
These are three low-owned fantasy football WR options that you can stream for Week 11, if you are unsure about that final WR spot in your starting lineup! Also, make sure to check out our Week 11 fantasy football rankings!
Note: Players must be owned in less than 60% of ESPN leagues to be included in the best fantasy football streamers column.
Low-Owned Fantasy Football WR Streaming Options Week 11
Parker Washington vs Los Angeles Chargers (24.2% Owned)
Over the last four weeks, Parker Washington has averaged over looks per game (via our Opportunity Index). Somehow, he is still not owned in many fantasy leagues. In leagues that have points for return yards, he is even more appealing, as he serves as the punt returner for the Jacksonville Jaguars as well.
In Week 11, Parker Washington faces the vaunted Los Angeles Chargers defense. While that may scare some people away, it shouldn’t scare you away. Even in games where he struggles to turn targets into receptions, he still has an incredibly solid floor due to the number of looks that go his way. In addition, while the Chargers’ defense is very good, the Chargers’ offense can put up points with the best of them, which means that Jacksonville will continue to pass often to stay in this game. With a high floor and a ceiling that has been up there with the elite receivers over the last two weeks, Washington is a great fantasy option to stream in Week 11.

Calvin Austin III vs Cincinnati Bengals (15.6% Owned)
Although his production hasn’t been super consistent, there is a lot to like about Calvin Austin III and the role he has in this Pittsburgh Steelers offense. In seven games, Austin has crossed the double-digit threshold three times. Since his return from injury in Week 8, he has had six or more targets in each of his three games.
Last week, Austin was held to just 14 yards on two receptions. With that being said, it’s important to note that the Los Angeles Chargers rank fourth against quarterbacks in fantasy football. In Week 11, the Steelers face the Cincinnati Bengals, who rank 31st. Assuming he continues to see a similar target share he’s seen so far this season, he has as good a chance as any to score in the double figures again, even if he doesn’t find the end zone.
Darnell Mooney vs Carolina Panthers (38.1% Owned)
In terms of production so far this season, especially as of late, few have produced as little as Darnell Mooney. While many may be turned off by that fact, I’m embracing it due to the numbers that underlie those production issues. Over the last three weeks, Darnell Mooney has had one catch each week. Over that same time frame, he has drawn 14 targets, though. Clearly, Mooney and quarterback Michael Penix Jr. are not clicking, but the attempts to get Mooney involved are there.
The last time the Atlanta Falcons matched up with the Carolina Panthers was in Week 3. Mooney drew 11 targets and hauled in four of them for 44 yards. Even in a game when Penix struggled to throw the ball, he was able to put up a serviceable fantasy stat line. This week, the Falcons play the Panthers again. Assuming he gets a similar target share, which would be supported by him having eight targets just last week, his floor should be around that eight or nine-point range. With a heavy target share and a high ceiling as well, Mooney is an intriguing option nobody is talking about.
