Fantasy Football Week 8 RB Streamers

Ezekiel Elliott Fantasy Outlook (40.3%)

Ezekiel Elliott collected 31 rush yards on 11 attempts and a touchdown in the Patriots’ upset win over the Buffalo Bills. He also added his second touchdown in as many weeks. The Patriots offense leaves plenty to be desired, but Elliott’s involvement is hard to overlook.

In a Week 8 matchup with the Dolphins on tap, Elliott is a touchdown-dependent flex for deeper leagues. That being said, he’s worth a speculative fantasy football Week 8 RB streamers add if you’re desperate in a 10-12 man league, too.

Tyjae Spears Fantasy Outlook (33.9%)

Tyjae Spears is going to be a part of these weekly articles until he’s owned in more than 60 percent of leagues. Coming off a bye, now is potentially your last chance to sneak Spears onto your roster. His role will continue to grow as the season progresses while still holding week-to-week standalone value. Not to mention he’s a surefire RB2 if Derrick Henry were to be moved or go down with an injury.

Roschon Johnson Fantasy Outlook (45.3%)

Similar to the situation with Tyjae Spears, you may be able to pick up Roschon Johnson as a post-hype option. When Khalil Herbert left the Bears’ Week 6 win against the Commanders, the door was busted open for Roschon Johnson to be the lead back. Johnson, however, would also find himself sidelined for the next two weeks with a concussion.

D’Onta Foreman was the lead back for the second straight week for the Bears, thrice finding the end zone. With Tyson Bagent at the helm, the Bears are likely to rely on their run game. With Johnson expected to clear concussion protocol, you can start him as an RB3/Flex in Week 8, making him a strong fantasy football Week 8 RB streamers option.
