The past three weeks for Carr has resulted in totals of 16, 17 and 18 fantasy points, so lock him in for a solid 19-point performance this weekend (obviously).

Mac Jones Fantasy Outlook (4.2%)
Mac Jones looked like a new man last week, putting up his best performance of the season in a matchup with the Buffalo Bills. This week, he faces a rematch against the Miami Dolphins, who surrender the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks.
In the first matchup of the year, Jones completed 73.8% of his passes for 231 yards, one touchdown and an interception. This was Week 2, and the New England Patriots offense appears to be a bit further along now, which could be good things for the offense this week.
