Fantasy Football Week 6 WR Streamers

Michael Wilson Fantasy Outlook (12.7%)

Michael Wilson led the Cardinals in receiving yards in their Week 5 upset win over the San Francisco 49ers. He finished the day with five catches for 78 yards on six targets. While Wilson did have his best game of the season, finishing as the WR34 in half-ppr leagues, he’s still firmly the third option in this offense behind Marvin Harrison Jr. and Trey McBride. Even with that, though, a matchup with the Green Bay Packers in Week 6 keeps him firmly in flex territory, making him among the top Week 6 fantasy football streamers.

Alec Pierce Fantasy Outlook (16.9%)

Alec Pierce is entering Rashid Shaheed territory – a deep ball specialist. Pierce finished Week 5 with 134 yards on three targets. His touchdown came on a 65-yard catch-and-run in the fourth quarter. On the season, Pierce is averaging 28.3 yards per catch and 21.6 yards per target.

Pierce will not be a long-term option here, as Anthony Richardson is due to return soon. But as long as Joe Flacco is under center, Pierce has the upside to be a fantasy football streamer candidate.

Ja’Lynn Polk Fantasy Outlook (12.5%)

Ja’Lynn Polk didn’t have an impressive performance in Week 5, finishing with one catch for 13 yards. He was targeted six times. It’s a bit of a misleading final line, as Polk did have a touchdown called back at the end of the game that would have given the Patriots a win.

While Polk isn’t likely to wow you on a week-to-week basis with his output, he has a safe enough floor in Week 6 in a game that should feature a WR-friendly game script for New England pass catchers against the Houston Texans.
