Week 13 is upon us and with it comes the return of bye weeks. The Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Chicago Bears, Las Vegas Raiders, Minnesota Vikings and New York Giants are all off this week, meaning you might be in need of some streamer options to fill out your lineup. With that, let’s take a look at the top Week 13 Fantasy Football WR Streamers.

Pick the right fantasy football streamer option to get the win this week and continue down the path of fantasy greatness, which ends with you hoisting your league’s trophy, championship belt or champ chain.

Players must be owned in less than 60 percent of ESPN fantasy leagues to be included in the fantasy football Week 13 WR streamers column. All ownerships for players will be provided and will reflect that of Wednesday morning, once waivers are processed.

Fantasy Football Week 13 WR Streamers

Rashee Rice Fantasy Outlook  (51%)

Rashee Rice caught 8-of-10 targets for 107 yards and a touchdown in the Kansas City Chiefs’ 31-17 win over the Raiders. He has potentially cemented himself as the clear No. 2 option in a Patrick Mahomes-led offense, as Rice set a season-high in targets, receptions and receiving yards. With the Chiefs needing someone to step up and take a larger role on offense, fantasy managers can rely on Rice to provide plenty of upside as a flex or WR3 option this week.

Josh Downs Fantasy Outlook (47%)

Josh Downs caught 5-of-13 targets for 43 yards in the Colts’ 27-20 win over Tampa Bay. There were some concerns about Downs’ upside, as he’s nursing a knee injury, but his 13 targets and five receptions put much of that to bed. If he’s on fantasy football waivers in your league, add him and start him.

A.T. Perry Fantasy Outlook (3%)

A.T. Perry caught one of his two targets for seven yards in a 24-15 loss to the Falcons in Week 12. Perry is here simply because his role will be increasing by default. The Saints will likely be without both Chris Olave (concussion) and Rashid Shaheed (thigh) in Week 13. Michael Thomas was also recently placed on IR. Perry is a viable fantasy football Week 13 streamers option for a team looking for a WR to start this week, as the Saints have a date with the receiver-friendly Detroit Lions in Week 13.
