When it comes to fantasy football streamers, the defense/special teams position is always one to monitor consistently on the waiver wire. In deeper formats, it can be hard to find defenses that produce consistent fantasy points, which is why many fantasy owners opt to intentionally stream the position all season long, playing positive matchups over drafting a highly-regarded unit. For those doing just that, read on for three fantasy football Week 11 defense streamers that are worth consideration.

Keep in mind, there are only four teams on a bye (MIA, SEA, JAX, TB).

Defenses must be owned in less than 55 percent of ESPN leagues to be included in the fantasy football Week 11 defense streamers column. All ownerships for defenses will be provided and will reflect that of Wednesday morning, once waivers are processed.

Fantasy Football Week 11 Defense Streamers

Washington Commanders Fantasy Outlook at HOU (30.9%)

The Washington Commanders will be a popular fantasy football streamers option because they beat the Philadelphia Eagles last week and face the Houston Texans this week. The Commanders are not usually a great defense to stream or even start on a regular basis, but the upside of posting another double-digit fantasy point performance against a poor Texans team is quite high. The pass rush will be there all game long and the Commanders likely hold them to under 20 points.

New York Jets Fantasy Outlook at NE (50.4%)

The New York Jets defense has been elite, plain and simple. They have great pieces at all levels of the defense and will certainly give Mac Jones and the Patriots a tough time. The Jets rank as the No. 9 defense in fantasy football right now and have no problem getting to the opposing quarterback or forcing turnovers regularly. Opposing defenses that have faced the Patriots this season have averaged 7.6 fantasy points per game (FPPG).

Los Angeles Rams Fantasy Outlook at NO (35.6%)

Well, the Los Angeles Rams are falling apart on offense right now with injuries, but the defense remains in a good spot moving forward and could be considered for streaming this week. The Rams face the New Orleans Saints, who have had their fair share of injuries and offensive woes this season. Opposing defenses that face the Saints average over 8.0 FPPG because of poor QB play leading to turnovers and an overall lack of talent and weapons. I’d roll with the Rams flustering the offense all game long and returning a solid fantasy day.
