Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em: Week 6 WRs

Start: Tee Higgins Fantasy Outlook vs New York Giants

Tee Higgins returned to his former glory last week against divisional foe Baltimore. Higgins was able to put up 29 points with his nine receptions, 87 yards and two touchdowns. The connection between him and Joe Burrow seems to be back after Higgins returned from injury in Week 3.

On the flip side of the ball is the New York Giants. The Giants did a good job at stopping the Seahawks WRs last week. This week, though they will face one of the best WR duos in the NFL, Deonte Banks will attempt to stop Ja’Marr Chase. Nick McCloud will be tasked with covering Higgins. Start Higgins in your lineup.

Start: DJ Moore Fantasy Outlook vs Jacksonville Jaguars

The Chicago Bears WR that is a staple for this article at this point is on the better side of the Week 6 Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit’em. DJ Moore is ranked too low on some FantasyPros’ lists, and he needs to be upgraded. Moore had a monster 28.5-point day last week against the Carolina Panthers. Caleb Williams is looking more comfortable in the NFL and has been looking for his favorite target often.

Going against Moore is the Jacksonville Jaguars who have given up the most fantasy points to WRs this season. WR1s have ravaged the Jaguars DBs so far this season: Tyreek Hill had 26, Nico Collins had 33.1, and Michael Pittman had 14.7. Moore should be able to absolutely get as many points as Pittman and deserves to be in your lineups this week.

Sit: Chris Olave Fantasy Outlook vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The New Orleans Saints WR1 should be sitting On your bench this week. Chris Olave is coming off a bad week for him with a three-point showing against the Kansas City Chiefs. That was with Derek Carr at QB, Carr will be out at least this week and maybe more. In steps rookie QB Spencer Rattler to take over on a short week. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ defense hasn’t been that great this year, but they should be able to stop a rookie QB who at most has had five days to prepare for this game and thus will make it tough for the Saints to get the ball to Olave. Sit Olave for Week 6.

Sit: Garrett Wilson Fantasy Outlook vs Buffalo Bills

After an outstanding game in London against the Minnesota Vikings, Garrett Wilson will be on the sit portion of the article. Wilson played great last week, but a change in coaches might spell some disarray for the Jets. That is a fair reason not to trust the Jets’ offense outside of Aaron Rodgers and maybe Breece Hall this week.

On the flip side of the ball is the Buffalo Bills who are giving up the fifth-fewest points to WRs so far this season. The WR1s are not fairing well against the Bills trio of Christian Benford, Rasul Douglas, and Taron Johnson. In the five games so far, WR1s are averaging 7.4 points per game. The trio should be able to stop the NY Jets on Monday Night Football.
