Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em: Week 6 RBs
Start: Kenneth Walker III Fantasy Outlook vs. Cardinals
Five of the top 13 fantasy football RBs are on bye this week, which means you might have to turn to a couple of popular fantasy football waiver wire adds for help. Whether you drafted and held Kenneth Walker or dropped a large chunk of FAAB to get him after Rashaad Penny got injured, you can put him in your lineup this week. The fantasy football start ’em, sit ’em article views Walker not only as a start for this week, but he may be a part of your starting lineup going forward.
Start: Eno Benjamin Fantasy Outlook vs. Seahawks
On the other side of the ball in this Seattle Seahawks-Arizona Cardinals game is another popular waiver wire pickup in Eno Benjamin. With the Cardinals backfield being banged up, including James Conner and Darrel Williams, Benjamin was the last man standing and put up 14.3 fantasy points last week. If Conner and Williams miss this week, Benjamin becomes a solid RB2 due to an increase in volume, his receiving skills and a matchup with Seahawks who are giving up 25.6 fantasy points per game (fppg) to opposing RBs. Monitor the injury report this week though for this play.

Sit: Rams RBs Fantasy Outlook vs. Panthers
To say the Los Angeles Rams have started slowly is an understatement, as they sit at 2-3 through the first five weeks of the season. Their offense in particular has struggled to get much going, and the offensive line is banged up. On the season, Cam Akers is only averaging 3.0 yards per carry and has only hit double-digits once three weeks ago. Since that time, he has put up a total of 4.6 fantasy points.
Darrell Henderson has been a little more efficient with his carries, averaging 4.1 yards per carry, but his volume makes him untrustworthy. He also has one double-digit game on the season and, over the last three weeks, has a total of 8.6 fantasy points. Leave both of them on your bench or put Akers in your flex spot, only if you are really desperate with the bye week, until this offense gets it going.
Sit: James Robinson Fantasy Outlook vs. Colts
After starting off the year with three straight RB1 performances, including 23 carries for 64 yards and a touchdown as well as two receptions for 14 yards against the Indianapolis Colts back in Week 2, James Robinson and Travis Etienne have split the touches more evenly, with Etienne actually out-touching Robinson last week.
Last week, in a dream matchup against the Texans, Robinson only put up 5.9 fantasy points. Without the heavy volume to fall back on this week against the Colts, he is tough to trust as anything more than a flex.
