One of the more interesting positions in fantasy football is quarterback. Given the value depth that quarterbacks have this season, it appears that if you are not willing to spend an early-round pick on Josh Allen, then it may be more advantageous to wait on the position and build the rest of your roster first. As you wait for your quarterback, though, you may find yourself struggling to decide on the right player. When you factor in the schedule that the quarterback plays, the decision becomes much clearer.

Easiest Fantasy Football Strength of Schedule For QBs 2026
1. Philadelphia Eagles – Jalen Hurts
The Philadelphia Eagles, led by Jalen Hurts, have the easiest fantasy football strength of schedule when it comes to the quarterback position this season, per our Award-Winning Draft Kit. Throughout his starting career in the NFL, Hurts has been one of the more reliable quarterbacks in fantasy, with finishes of QB35, QB9, QB3, QB2, QB8 and QB8. Given Hurts’ elite rushing abilities, I am once again expecting him to finish among the top of the position this year. While Philadelphia did lose AJ Brown in the offseason, the Eagles supplemented that loss by bringing in rookie Makai Lemon, speedster Hollywood Brown and Dontayvion Wicks, who is one of the more underrated receivers in the entire league. Sean Mannion is also set to take over as offensive coordinator, which should inject some creativity into what became a stagnant offense last season.
Looking at the Eagles’ schedule, they have the Commanders (2x), Titans, Bears, Cowboys (2x), Giants (2x), Steelers and Cardinals on the schedule. All of those teams gave up 17 or more fantasy points per game to quarterbacks last season. With the lack of strong opposing passing defenses, Hurts will continue to benefit in the run game, as Philadelphia still employs one of the better offensive lines in the entire league. Taking out his rookie season, Hurts has not had a season where he scored fewer than eight rushing touchdowns.
In 2026, Jalen Hurts is still one of the best dual-threat options in fantasy football, and given the easy quarterback fantasy football strength of schedule, we should once again see him finish towards the top of the position.

2. Cleveland Browns – Deshaun Watson/Shedeur Sanders
When we talk about the quarterback position in the NFL, the last team that we want to hear about it is the Cleveland Browns. They always seem to be in quarterback purgatory. After somewhat of a position battle this offseason, Todd Monken named Deshaun Watson as the Week 1 starter over Shedeur Sanders, and while that might come as a dismay to Browns fans, there are some positives that can come from it from a fantasy football perspective. The Browns overhauled their receiving weapons in the offseason, drafting KC Concepcion and Denzel Boston, two dynamic receivers in college football last season. They also bring back Jerry Jeudy and do-it-all tight end Harold Fannin. While these aren’t the biggest of household names, one thing that the Browns quarterback situation has going for it is the schedule.
The Browns have the Buccaneers, Steelers (2x), Jets, Ravens (2x), Titans, Bengals (2x) and Giants on the schedule. All of those teams gave up 17 or more fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks last season. While you won’t go out of your way to draft Watson this season, he (and Sanders) are sleeper picks in 18+ team leagues or in two-quarterback fantasy leagues. With the Browns’ defense taking a major hit in the offseason, I am expecting Cleveland to be playing from behind more often this season, meaning they have to pass more.
Again, I want to reiterate that you are not drafting Watson, but if Week 4 comes around and you are in need of a passer, the Browns’ schedule is very favorable to whoever is starting between Watson and Sanders at that point.
3. Tennessee Titans – Cam Ward
The Tennessee Titans appear to be one of the candidates to go from last to first in their division this season. With a full year of experience under his belt, Cam Ward is expected to make a jump in his second season. The Titans also overhauled their coaching staff, bringing Robert Saleh in to lead the team, while Brian Daboll, one of the better play callers in the NFL, is set to take over at offensive coordinator. After drafting Carnell Tate and signing Wan’Dale Robinson in the offseason, the Titans have a very talented pass-catching room that already includes Calvin Ridley, Elic Ayomanor and Gunnar Helm.
The Titans have the Jets, Giants, Ravens, Bengals, Cowboys, Commanders, Lions, and Steelers on the schedule. All of those teams gave up 17 or more fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks last season. Expectations are sky-high for Ward, as he enters his sophomore season. He is selected as QB26 in fantasy drafts right now, meaning that if you want to take advantage of Tennessee’s weak quarterback fantasy football strength of schedule, you can wait until the last round to cash in on the value.
With Tate, Robinson, Ridley and Helm, as well as Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears in the backfield, the Titans have playmakers all over the field. With Daboll calling plays, it would not shock me if Ward is a top-15 quarterback in fantasy football this season.
