We have seen many top-tier wide receivers struggle through the early part of the fantasy football season. Obviously, this has only increased the headaches when figuring out which players to put into your starting lineup. That is where we come in, helping you with this Week 4 WR Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em analysis.

Obviously, there are some players who are must-start every single week due to where you drafted them, such as Ja’Marr Chase, Stefon Diggs and Justin Jefferson. However, the WR2 and WR3 positions are a bit more fluid, causing some tough decisions to be made. To help you through these tough decisions, check out our weekly fantasy football rankings and read on for our Week 4 fantasy football start ’em, sit ’em analysis at WR.

Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em: Week 4 WRs

Start: Adam Thielen Fantasy Outlook vs Vikings

REVENGE GAME. There are many players facing their former teams this weekend. I don’t put much stock into most of them, but you can expect Adam Thielen to have plenty of juice against the Minnesota Vikings. This is a team he grew up rooting for, and they did not want to bring him back. He has proven to be a self-motivated guy, stacking chips on his shoulder. You know he had this game circled ever since the Panthers’ schedule came out.

On top of the revenge narrative, the Vikings also stink. They have surrendered the third-most fantasy points to wide receivers this season, and they will continue to be a defense we attack in our future fantasy football start ’em, sit ’em articles. Start Adam Thielen in fantasy football, and his value will multiply if Andy Dalton is his quarterback once again.

Start: Tutu Atwell Fantasy Outlook at Colts

All of the love in the Los Angeles Rams’ receiver corps this season has gone to Puka Nacua. However, Tutu Atwell has looked terrific as well. He has turned 26 targets into 17 receptions for 246 yards and a touchdown.

Through three weeks, he ranks as the WR14 in PPR leagues. His strong start to the season combined with a matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, who surrender the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing WRs, makes him a strong play this week.

Sit: Terry McLaurin Fantasy Outlook at Eagles

Terry McLaurin fantasy owners have felt the pain throughout the first three weeks, and it is unlikely NFL Week 4 will get much better. He has totaled under 55 yards in all three games, and he found the end zone just once. The Washington passing offense as a whole has been inconsistent, and pass protection proved to be a major concern last week.

This week, they face another talented front in the Eagles, which means the ball will have to be out of Sam Howell’s hands quickly. Clearly, this has not worked out for Terry McLaurin. Facing Darius Slay is also a tough task, so sit the Commander this week.

Sit: Garrett Wilson Fantasy Outlook vs Chiefs

Garrett Wilson began the season as a must-start since he was one of the top-ranked wide receivers. However, following the Aaron Rodgers injury and the struggles from the New York Jets’ passing offense, Garrett Wilson fantasy football owners may have to sit the talented receiver. While Wilson scored a touchdown in the first two weeks, he didn’t find the end zone last week, and his other production wasn’t enough to keep his value afloat.

This week, the Jets face a Chiefs defense that has played really well to begin the season. They will apply pressure on Zach Wilson. After that, do you trust the Wilson-to-Wilson connection to be effective? While he’s not a must-sit you may want to check out the fantasy football rankings, since you may have a better option.
