Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em: Week 4 TEs
Start: Dalton Kincaid Fantasy Outlook vs. Baltimore Ravens
The Buffalo Bills TE darling will make an appearance on the correct side of the Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em article for the first time this season. Dalton Kincaid was finally able to find the end zone last week and show out. The younger DK bro has been behind Dawson Knox on the depth chart and, because of that, hasn’t seen many points. The Bills have changed to run more 12 personnel and, with that, Kincaid will see more of the field.
The Buffalo Bills will travel to M&T Bank Stadium to battle the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday Night Football. The Ravens have given up the second-most points to the TE position. In the past two weeks, the Ravens have given up 18.8 points to Brock Bowers and 15.5 points to Jake Ferguson. Even with Knox active this week, start Dalton Kincaid in your fantasy football lineup.
Start: Pat Freiermuth Fantasy Outlook vs the Indianapolis Colts
The Pittsburgh Steelers TE finds himself as a start this week. Pat Freiermuth has had an okay season so far, though it has been a little below expectations for the fourth-year player. His new QB in Justin Fields looked a lot better when it came to throwing the ball last week against the Los Angeles Chargers. Russell Wilson is still projected to be out with an injury, so Fields will stay the starter. Fields seems to have been getting more comfortable with the playbook and should be able to find Freiermuth on Sunday.
The Steelers will play the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts have given up the seventh-most points to TEs so far this season. Last week, the Colts gave up 25.7 points to Cole Kmet. This is with Caleb Williams who hasn’t looked good so far this season. Fields and Freiermuth should connect on some targets on Sunday, so put Freiermuth in your lineup.

Sit: Zach Ertz Fantasy Outlook vs Arizona Cardinals
The veteran TE will find his way onto the sit portion of the Week 4 Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em article. Zach Ertz played well against the New York Giants and did decent against the Cincinnati Bengals, helping Jayden Daniels show out. Ertz has looked good despite his age, but this week that should catch up to him.
The 33-year-old Ertz will face the Arizona Cardinals who have given up the ninth-fewest points to TEs so far this season. That includes fantasy darlings Dalton Kincaid and Sam LaPorta in that. The Cardinals’ defense of Dennis Gardeck and Zaven Collins has been locking up the TEs and should be continuing that trend. Stay away from Ertz this week.
Sit: Hunter Henry Fantasy Outlook vs San Francisco 49ers
The New England Patriots TE has put himself into the starting slot for some fantasy teams, but he should be considered a sit this week. Hunter Henry had one good week and everyone jumped on his wagon. Take out his one week of playing the Seattle Seahawks and his stat line is four receptions for 27 yards. That is abysmal.
Combine that with the fact that he is playing the San Francisco 49ers defense, and he is even more avoidable. The SF defense has caused a lot of problems for TEs this season. That defense has given up a total of 9.9 points to TEs. That is not the average, that is all the points they have given up. Henry can be safely put on your bench for this week.
