When is the 2025 NFL Draft?
The 2025 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 24, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The draft will take place in Green Bay, WI, which brings plenty of potential challenges. Only Round 1 will take place on Thursday. Rounds 2-3 will take place on April 25th, with the remaining four rounds wrapping up on Sunday, April 26th. There will be 257 players selected across the seven rounds, with many more getting phone calls immediately afterward.

Strengths
Elijah Arroyo is a good athlete who moves well at the tight end position. He comes off the ball low, and he runs physical routes. Arroyo catches the ball naturally and can become an all-around receiving threat. He is a willing blocker, and he clearly has a high football IQ. Arroyo reads the field and works back to the quarterback when plays go off-schedule.
Weaknesses
While Arroyo is a willing blocker, he doesn’t have the strength or technique to be a great blocker. With little on-field experience, much of his technique is sloppy or unrefined. Everything needs to be better, especially his routes, but these are coachable knocks.
