With the 2026 NFL Draft in the rearview mirror, every team’s makeup and depth charts are as close to finalized as they can be. There will, of course, be a couple more moves that catch NFL fans by surprise, but for the most part, what you see is what you’ll get for each team. With the season still a ways away, but dynasty values often slow to react to moves, now could be the best time to make a dynasty fantasy football trade.
Here are three dynasty fantasy football trade targets at the wide receiver position after the 2026 NFL Draft. We also have our Dynasty Fantasy Football Rookie Rankings here!
WR Dynasty Fantasy Football Trade Targets 2026
Matthew Golden, Green Bay Packers
For almost a decade now, the Green Bay Packers have been a nightmare for wide receivers for fantasy purposes. Outside of Davante Adams, they move the ball around so much on offense and utilize so many different receivers that it’s almost impossible for any of them to have value every single week. This year looks to be the dawn of a new age, and it appears nobody is paying attention.
After another predictable flaming out in the playoffs, the Packers are undergoing some big changes on their roster. Most notably, the Packers lost Romeo Doubs in free agency and traded Dontayvion Wicks to the Philadelphia Eagles. Suddenly, a Packers offense that was known for having too many receivers now has just three options, and everybody else, which should allow all of their core receivers, specifically Matthew Golden, some big chances to shine.
Outside of Christian Watson, Jayden Reed and Matthew Golden, the Packers’ next best wide receivers are Savion Williams and Bo Melton, who are hardly anything to write home about. With Watson’s extensive injury history and Reed sometimes struggling to stay on the field himself, likely the Packers will only have two of their three big receivers at one time this season. The Packers already showed how much they are willing to invest in playmakers when they drafted Golden in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. Now, with a wide receiver room that is much less crowded and fewer mouths to feed, Golden is primed to make the next step and should be a dynasty fantasy football trade target for you.
Alec Pierce, Indianapolis Colts
It happened just this offseason, and yet, many seem to have forgotten that Michael Pittman Jr. is in Pittsburgh and the Indianapolis Colts gave Alec Pierce a massive four-year, $114 million contract extension. That kind of investment doesn’t get lost in the offseason often, but it did in this case. It’s clear that the Colts really like Pierce and what he can do, and with the money they gave him, they clearly view him as someone capable of a WR1 role in their offense.
Even after losing Pittman, the Colts didn’t do much to replace him, signing Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and drafting Deion Burks in the seventh round of this year’s draft. All signs point to the franchise having tremendous faith in this offense, with Pierce as the focal point, but few value him with the increased role. Sure, tight end Tyler Warren will draw plenty of targets on his own, but there is little stopping Pierce from putting up a monster season, so grab him for cheap while you can.
De’Zhaun Stribling, San Francisco 49ers
I believe I am in the majority in saying that the San Francisco 49ers made one of the worst picks in the draft when they selected De’Zhaun Stripling with the 33rd pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. However, for some reason, dynasty fantasy football fans can’t separate that pick from his potential value for the 49ers. Brandon Aiyuk is not coming back, and to replace him, San Francisco brought in an aging Mike Evans and Christian Kirk. George Kittle is not getting any younger, and Ricky Pearsall left plenty to be desired last season. That leaves a remaining wide receiver room of Stribling, Jordan Watkins, Demarcus Robinson and Jacob Cowing.
Admittedly, Stribling won’t have much of a role this year for San Francisco. With that in mind, this receiving corps is absolutely terrible, and with the team’s injury history, it wouldn’t be all that surprising if Stribling can contribute this year. In dynasty, long-term success plays a big role in the draft, and often, some people forget about it, as is the case with Stribling this year. With not much stopping him from taking over the lead duties in this offense in the near future, take advantage of all the hate going his way and try to make some dynasty fantasy football trade requests!
