All-Star rim protector DeAndre Jordan is tagging along with Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving in Brooklyn, inking a deal worth $40M over four years.

Free agents Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving are taking less than the max to allow DeAndre Jordan to get the $10M annual salary with Brooklyn, league sources tell ESPN.

Jordan is often regarded as one of Kevin Durant’s best friends and, according to Ramona Shelburne of ESPN, the two stars are taking less in order to allow him to get $10 million a year.
