Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers have agreed to a four-year, supermax extension worth $196M, sources say.

The 28-year-old top-tier guard has two years and about $62M left on his current deal. The extension would keep him in Portland through the 2024-25 season.

The agreed upon deal is rumored to have a player option for $52M in the last year of the extension.

Lillard has been in the NBA for seven seasons, all with the Blazers. He has been consistent, missing just 25 games during this span. For his career, he has averaged 23.5 ppg, 4.2 reb, 6.3 ast and shot 36.8% from three-point range. Locking him down for the foreseeable future is a smart move for Portland.
