Chris Olave Draft Profile
Strengths
Skyy Moore excels at getting off of the line of scrimmage using a good press release. He has the footwork ability to cut routes and snap them off quickly. Moore uses route leverage to create space in the middle of the field. With his sharp cuts and strong route running, Moore excels at meeting the sight of his quarterback to find openings in the defense. Playing in the middle of the field, Moore has the ability to secure catches in traffic and contact.
Weaknesses
Moore brings quickness to the field, but misses out on speed, as he has not shown breakaway speed. This hinders him somewhat coming out of breaks on his routes. With the ball in his hands, Moore does not seem to be anything special, as he needs to improve play-making and acceleration after the catch. Special teams are a concern too, if he finds himself at the bottom of a loaded receiver room.

What to Expect From Skyy Moore in 2022
It’s clear Chris Olave was drafted with high hopes after the departure of one of the NFL’s best in Tyreek Hill. He shouldn’t have a ton of pressure on him at the beginning of the season, and gets to work along side some of the greatest offensive players in the NFL. It is an ideal landing spot for Moore. Expect big things from him both this year and in the future.
