After their first fight in January 2019 went in favor of Bader (defeated in the first round TKO), former two-division champion Ryan Bader (30-7-1) is going to defend his heavyweight title against Fedor Emelianenko (40-6-1) in the rematch, in the main event.

Three-time Pac-10 championships gold medalist Ryan Bader accumulated a 15-5 UFC record and has won the Bellator light heavyweight title, Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix, and the heavyweight title (after beating Fedor).

In his last fight, he beat Cheick Kongo in a May rematch after he decided to defend the heavyweight belt.

On the other hand, his Russian opponent, Fedor, a multi-time Sambo gold medalist, has beaten the likes of Semmy Schilt, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, Mark Coleman, Kevin Randleman, Miro Cro Cop, Mark Hunt, and Andrei Arlovski. Fedor is 4-2 with promotion and on a two-fight win streak, with the last fight, a knockout one over Timothy Johnson, in 2021.

In the co-main event, Johnny Eblen (12-0) will defend his middleweight belt against Anatoly Tokov (31-3). While in the main card, Sabah Homasi (17-10) and Brennan Ward (16-6) will face off at welterweight.

In the prelims, former welterweight title challenger Neiman Gracie (11-4) will face Dante Schiro (9-4). In another fight, No. 8-ranked middleweight Lorenz Larkin (24-7, 2 NC) and Mukhamed Berkhamov (15-1, 1 NC) will face each other in the rematch at welterweight.

No. 5-ranked heavyweight contender Steve Mowry (10-0, 1 NC) will face former 2008 men’s freestyle Olympian and promotional newcomer Ali Isaev (9-0) in another prelim fight.
