Taking a look at the best low-owned fantasy football WR options to play in Week 13, including the Las Vegas Raiders’ Tre Tucker.
It is Thanksgiving week, or as I like to say, the greatest and most unappreciated time of year. It’s the only time it’s socially acceptable to stuff your face and sit on the couch watching football all day, so let’s take advantage! With the fantasy football playoffs right around the corner, make sure to get your lineups set by Wednesday night. Nobody wants to be the guy who inevitably forgets who is playing on Thursday and has their arms tied behind their back for the rest of the week. With not many great fantasy football WR options on waivers this week, here are three options that you can plug into your lineup and rest easy on Thanksgiving, knowing your team is set.
These are three low-owned fantasy football WR options that you can stream for Week 13, if you are unsure about that final WR spot in your starting lineup! Also, make sure to check out our Week 13 fantasy football rankings!

Low-Owned Fantasy Football WR Streaming Options Week 13
Tre Tucker at Los Angeles Chargers (42.9% Owned)
As someone who has Tre Tucker in a few leagues, he has been frustrating, to say the least. He sold fantasy managers big dreams early on in the season with plenty of big plays, touchdowns, and targets. As the season has progressed, he has regressed, as has the rest of the Las Vegas Raiders team. While it’s tough to truly trust Tucker at all, he deserves one more chance to serve as your streaming option this week in fantasy football.
The biggest issue for Tucker’s consistency has been his lack of targets. Since Jakobi Meyers was traded out of town, that has become less of an issue. While the production hasn’t been the best, there is something to be said for Tucker combining for 18 targets over the past two weeks. Add in his first touchdown score since Week 3, and things are starting to look up for Tucker. He’s a dynamic playmaker for the Raiders who now has even less competition for targets with Meyers out of town. While a tough Los Angeles Chargers defense is on the horizon for Tucker, he did draw eight targets in their previous matchup in Week 2 and could see similar numbers this week. Even if he can only convert 50% of those targets into receptions, he’ll provide fantasy owners a safe floor in what could be a very turbulent week.

Jayden Higgins at Indianapolis Colts (29% Owned)
Last week in my receiver streamer article, I highlighted Jayden Higgins and pointed out that he is flying under people’s radars when he shouldn’t be. If you listened to me, you were rewarded with a solid day that saw him draw a season-high nine targets, haul in a touchdown, and put up 13.8 fantasy points in PPR formats. While his reception and yardage numbers were not where you would like them to be, until either his target share goes down or his ownership goes up, he will be a great streaming option for the rest of the year.
Over the last five weeks, Higgins has had at least seven targets in four games. If you remove the Week 9 dud against a historic Denver Broncos defense, he averages eight targets and over four receptions per game. Higgins also has three touchdowns over that same stretch, which really helps his upside. This week, the Houston Texans play the Indianapolis Colts on the road. While the Colts are a good team, they rank just 25th against opposing fantasy receivers. With the Texans also likely to be passing a fair amount to keep this game close with a high-powered Indianapolis offense, Higgins provides great value for anyone panicking at the wide receiver position.
Mack Hollins vs New York Giants (5.4% Owned)
Out of all the receivers on this list, Mack Hollins is the one who is the most like a “dart throw.” With only three games with double-digit fantasy points, Hollins has not proved himself to have a very high ceiling most of the time. What he may not have in a ceiling, though, he is starting to make up for with a solid floor. With his target share only rising as the season has progressed, Hollins is certainly not the worst desperation play out there.
Since Week 8, Hollins has averaged six targets a game, which is a massive increase from the two per game he averaged up until that point. Even more, if you remove a bad Week 9 performance against the Atlanta Falcons, Hollins’ targets per game rise to seven. Everybody knows that New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye likes to spread the ball around, which makes predicting receiving outputs difficult for skill players on the Patriots. With that being said, Hollins has seen all three of his double-digit fantasy performances come since Week 8, and he has had as solid a target share as any other streaming option available, making him a decent fantasy football WR play against the New York Giants and their 26th-ranked defense against receivers.
