When is the 2025 NFL Draft?
The 2025 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 24, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The draft will take place in Green Bay, WI, which brings plenty of potential challenges. Only Round 1 will take place on Thursday. Rounds 2-3 will take place on April 25th, with the remaining four rounds wrapping up on Sunday, April 26th. There will be 257 players selected across the seven rounds, with many more getting phone calls immediately afterward.

Strengths
Darius Alexander comes off the ball fast and has the pass-rush moves to be a true threat to get to the quarterback. This is proven by his 55 hurries and 11 sacks over the past two seasons. Not only can he use his hands to shed blockers, but he has the strength and leg drive to win with a bull rush as well. With long arms and the power to move bodies, Alexander creates space to win on both early downs and in pass-rush scenarios.
Weaknesses
Alexander must work on his pad level. Too often we see his head pop up, letting blockers get under his pads. It is also common to see him battling with his lineman instead of trying to locate the ball and make a play. Alexander also hasn’t done much in terms of stunts in college. And when he was asked to twist and or set the offense up, it was a struggle.
