If you have a little uncertainty at the running back position, you may need to search the waivers to see who is available for a plug and play. These are the top fantasy RB streamers for Week 2 that may be available for a pickup.

Fantasy RB Streamers for Week 2

    Nyheim Hines, IND (vs. MIN)

If Nyheim Hines is available (rostered in only 36.7% of ESPN leagues), pick him up. He was one of the biggest surprises in week one, putting up 27.3 fantasy points in PPR leagues. With Marlon Mack now out for the season, the Colts backfield is much clearer. Nyheim Hines looked great on the field, as he usually does, and he’s playing behind one of the best O-Lines in the league. Philip Rivers loves to check down to his running back. The Colts will take on the Vikings at home next week, who just gave up 43 points to the Packers.

Check out our Week 2 Fantasy Football Rankings, including scoring settings for PPR and half PPR leagues! Ranking are updated throughout the week.

    Malcolm Brown, LAR (at PHI)

Malcolm Brown finished right behind Hines in week one with 26 fantasy points. Brown was atop the Rams depth chart heading into week one, and he looked the part against the Cowboys. The Rams O-Line looked much better in week one after a bad 2019 campaign. The Rams take on the Eagles next week, who just gave up 27 points to the Washington Football Team. Peyton Barber even managed to get into the end-zone twice against the Eagles. The Rams should move the football in that game, and Malcolm Brown will likely get most of the work. He had 18 carries in week one.  I think Cam Akers takes over this backfield at some point, but Brown is a good start for now.

    James Robinson, JAX (at TEN)

The undrafted rookie from Jacksonville, James Robinson, put up the best rushing debut of any undrafted rookie running back in NFL history, rushing for 62 yards on 16 carries. He was the only player to get 100% of his team’s RB carries in week one. He played great, showing his athleticism when he hurdled over a Colts defender in the fourth quarter. When the team traded Leonard Fournette they said they were confident in their running backs. It appears that James Robinson might be the main reason for that confidence. The Jaguars offense looked great in week one, and if James Robinson is the only running back they’re going to continue leaning on, he can be rostered and played.
