    2018 Stats (Rank)

    Total Offense: 6,738 Yards (2nd)
    Offensive Touchdowns: 55 (3rd)
Offensive Plays Per Game: 66.5 (3rd)
    Pass Attempts + Sacks: 601 (14th)
    Rush Attempts: 459 (8th)
    Run/Pass Split: Run – 44% | Pass – 56%
    Unaccounted for Targets: 11
    Unaccounted for Carries: 50

    Projected Win Total

The Rams’ over/under currently sits at 10.5, after they went 13-3 last season. While this is a reduced win total, it’s tough to project a team for 13 wins. So at 10.5, the Rams are tied for the highest over/under in the league. They are expected to be at the top of the league again, and they may be an over bet worth making.

    Strength of Schedule

SOS is measured by calculating the fantasy points allowed by each team’s opponents to determine who has the easiest and most difficult fantasy schedules (rank #1 has the easiest schedule).

    QB: 8th
    RB: 21st
    WR: 9th
    TE: 21st

    Passing Game

    QB: Jared Goff, Blake Bortles
    WR: Brandin Cooks, Josh Reynolds
    WR: Robert Woods, KhaDarel Hodge
    WR: Cooper Kupp, Mike Thomas
    TE: Gerald Everett, Tyler Higbee

Value in fantasy comes from where you have to draft a player. But for the trio of Brandin Cooks, Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp, their average draft positions (ADP) are almost identical. Cooks is WR17 (44th overall), Woods is WR18 (45th overall) and Kupp is just a bit behind, at WR22 (53rd overall).

Kupp was the only one to not play 16 games in 2019, tearing his ACL in his eighth game of the season. However, he was extremely productive when he was on the field, racking up 566 yards and six touchdowns. If we take out his final game and project his stats over the full season, Kupp would have finished as WR8. Meanwhile, Woods and Cooks both put together really solid seasons, finishing as WR10 and WR13 in PPR leagues, respectively. Cooks racked up 1,204 yards receiving and five touchdowns, while Woods tallied 1,219 yards and six touchdowns. Woods will likely be the most consistent of the three, while Cooks has the highest ceiling week-to-week and Kupp has the chance to be the best value.

Jared Goff gets gets the benefit of coach Sean McVay in his ear and designing fool-proof schemes. He finished last season as QB6, but is being selected as QB11 this season. Goff will likely be a player that rarely wows you, but is consistent enough to finish near the top in fantasy.

    Running Game

RB: Todd Gurley, Darrell Henderson, Malcolm Brown
    2018 OL Run Rank: 1st

There will not be a single fantasy owner that drafts Todd Gurley this season and feels good about it. With the reports of Gurley having arthritis in his knees, his ADP has dropped to RB10. Those who are risky enough to take him hope that the reports are making his condition sound worse than it is. He has obvious top RB upside, but with the chance of him sitting any game, he needs to be handcuffed with rookie Darrell Henderson. The rookie is currently being taken as RB34, which roughly is around the round 7-8 turn. Those who take the chance on Gurley would be wise to reach for Henderson, hoping to lock down the lead back in the Rams’ backfield each week.
