A look at the Jadarian Price NFL Draft profile, including a scouting report, his college highlights and stats, and a draft projection.
It is always an interesting thing when two running backs come into the draft from the same college and are ranked towards the top of prospects at the position. This year, both Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price fit that narrative, as both starred at running back at Notre Dame. While Price certainly did not get as much work as his former teammate in college, he has shown more than enough to warrant him as the second back taken in this class. From physicality to speed, Price will make an impact anywhere he lands.
Let’s take a look at our Jadarian Price NFL Draft profile, including his stats, scouting report, college highlights, and more

Jadarian Price College Stats 2025
While these certainly aren’t the stats that say Price should be the second running back taken off the board, Price’s raw ability would say otherwise. Put into a rotational role at Notre Dame, Price did finish his junior season with stats that most would envy.
Here are his stats from the previous season:
Games: 12
Rushing Yards: 674
Rushing Touchdowns: 11
Yards Per Carry: 6.0
Fumbles: 3

When is the 2026 NFL Draft?
The 2026 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 23, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The draft will take place in Pittsburgh, PA. It is a football city that will provide a great backdrop for the draft festivities, but everyone is crossing their fingers that the weather cooperates. Only Round 1 will take place on Thursday. Rounds 2-3 will take place on April 24th, with the remaining four rounds wrapping up on Sunday, April 25th. There will be 257 players selected across the seven rounds, with many more getting phone calls immediately afterward.
Jadarian Price Love Scouting Report
Strengths
What jumps off the page about Jadarian Price when watching his tape is the strong physicality that he runs with. When running with the ball, it looks like he wants to run over anyone in his path. With that physical running style, Price shows exceptional balance to stay on his feet when he does make contact with defenders. Playing behind Jeremiyah Love at Notre Dame, Price was able to succeed in the passing attack, something that should carry over well to the NFL.
On top of his physical style of running, Price does carry some speed with him, making him a force when he can get to the second level.
Weaknesses
The top aspect that NFL teams would love to see Price improve upon is adding some weight, given his physical running style. At 203 lbs, he does not have the body to be an every-down back for teams. It is also yet to be seen how he can work in a workhorse role, as he was not given many opportunities to do so, playing behind Jeremiyah Love. While he has shown patience waiting for his blocks to set up, Price has danced in the backfield too much before.
