3 Key Fantasy Football Stats for Every Week 17 Matchup

Dallas Cowboys vs Tennessee Titans

CeeDee Lamb is definitely benefitting with Dak Prescott coming back. Ever since Dak Prescott came back in Week 7, CeeDee Lamb is WR4 in PPR scoring and is averaging 6.4 receptions, 88.6 receiving yards, 0.6 touchdowns, and 19.6 points. It looks even better, as in four of the last six games, the Titans have allowed a WR to score more than 19.6 fantasy points.

Ezekiel Elliott has the most rushing touchdowns in the last 11 weeks, with ten, and that’s with Elliott missing three weeks, one for a bye week, and two for injury. Ezekiel Elliott is now looking to extend his current eight-game streak of scoring a rushing touchdown against the Titans, who have allowed only five rushing touchdowns to RBs this season. The twist is that the Titans have allowed four of those five touchdowns in the past five weeks, and in that span have allowed the sixth-most rushing touchdowns.

In the three starts that Malik Willis has this season, no Titans TE has scored over six fantasy points in PPR scoring. In the last two weeks, the Cowboys have allowed a TE to score nine or more points.

Arizona Cardinals vs Atlanta Falcons

Trey McBride has 72 total receiving yards in the last two games. That’s the 11th-most in that two-week span. The Falcons are on a current three-game streak of allowing a TE to have 45 or more receiving yards, and the Falcons have allowed a TE to score a touchdown in three of their last four games.

Chicago Bears vs Detroit Lions

Last week, Justin Fields was held to 11 rushing yards, which was a season-low. Justin Fields is looking to have a bounce-back game. As the Lions have allowed the most rushing yards to quarterbacks this season, and the second-most rushing touchdowns to quarterback this season.

Amon-Ra St. Brown is on a three-game streak of not scoring a touchdown and being held to under 77 receiving yards. In four of the last five games, the Bears have allowed a WR to score a touchdown, but in that same span, only two games has a WR gone over 77 receiving yards.

He’s gone nine straight games without throwing multiple interceptions and has scored three touchdowns in two of his last three games.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs Houston Texans

Travis Etienne has now gone back-to-back games with over 100 scrimmage yards but no touchdowns. Meanwhile, the Texans have now allowed a running back in the last two games with over 100 scrimmage yards and a touchdown.

Denver Broncos vs Kansas City Chiefs

After not allowing a TE to have 60 receiving yards in the first 12 games this season, the Broncos have allowed a 70-yard TE in two of their last three games. Which does not bode well, as Travis Kelce has gone back-to-back games with 100-yard games.

In four of his last six games, JuJu Smith-Schuster has been targeted four or less times and has been held under 40 receiving yards in those games. The Broncos have allowed 27 WRs to have four or less targets this season, and all of them have under 30 receiving yards and no touchdowns.

Miami Dolphins vs New England Patriots

Mac Jones is on now a four-game streak of not having thrown 250 or more yards and not scoring 20 or more fantasy points. On the bright side, the Dolphins have allowed a QB to have 250 or more total yards in three straight games. New Orleans Saints vs Philadelphia Eagles

Miles Sanders tweeted out after the Bears game: “Don’t care about y’all ticket or fantasy and never will!!!!” Maybe he should because in the last two games, he has been held to under 75 total yards and has fumbled in both games. Even though, the Saints have allowed an RB to have 75+ total yards in the last three games, they have also recovered a fumble in two of their last three games.

In his last four games, Andy Dalton has not gone over 235 total yards. After going eight straight games of not allowing a QB over 235 total yards, the Eagles have gone back-to-back games with allowing a QB to have over 245 total yards.

Carolina Panthers vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

In the last three games, Tom Brady has thrown six interceptions, which is tied for the most in that span. In the last eight games, the Panthers have six interceptions and are tied for ninth-most in that eight-game span.

Since Week 7, D’Onta Foreman has the third most rushing yards with 774. In that span, he’s gone over 100 rushing yards five times. In three of the last five games, the Buccaneers have allowed a 79-yard rusher to score a touchdown.

No Buccaneers WRs have over 90 receiving yards in the last four games. Since the Panthers’ bye, the Panthers have allowed a WR to have over 95 receiving yards.

Cleveland Browns vs Washington Commanders

Since Deshaun Watson has been the starter, Amari Cooper is only averaging four receptions for 53 yards and 9.3 fantasy points. The Commanders have held WRs to under 90 receiving yards in the last three games. That also includes one game where the Commanders didn’t allow a WR to have more than 53 receiving yards.

In three of their last four games, the Browns have not allowed a QB to score nine or more fantasy points. Carson Wentz has two starts this season where they did not score more than nine fantasy points.

In Nick Chubb’s only game against Washington, he had 110 scrimmage yards and scored a touchdown. The Commanders have only allowed two RBs over 110 scrimmage yards this season, and they both scored a touchdown.

San Francisco 49ers vs Las Vegas Raiders

Brock Purdy has thrown for two touchdowns in all three of his starts this season. In the last four games, the Raiders have not allowed a quarterback to throw for two or more touchdowns.

George Kittle is averaging 4.6 receptions for 80.3 yards, 1.3 touchdowns and 20.7 fantasy points in PPR leagues when Brock Purdy is starting. Although the Raiders have not allowed a touchdown to a TE since their bye in Week 6, the Raiders have allowed two TEs to have 65 receiving yards and 13 fantasy points in PPR scoring in the last four weeks.

In two of the last three games, the 49ers have allowed an RB to over 75 total yards. Meanwhile, last week Josh Jacobs had a six-game streak snapped of him going over 100 total yards.

Minnesota Vikings vs Green Bay Packers

In the span of the last five weeks, Kirk Cousins has thrown the most passing touchdowns with 13. Including three of those five games having three or more touchdowns. The Packers have only allowed one quarterback this season to have thrown three or more touchdowns.

Justin Jefferson is on a current three-game streak of having at least 10 receptions and 100 receiving yards. Although, the Packers have only allowed one WR this season to have 10 receptions and 100 receiving yards. They have allowed four 100-yard WRs in the last seven games. Also in Week 1, Justin Jefferson had 184 receiving yards against the Packers, which is the most receiving yards the Packers have allowed since Week 5 of the 2019 season.

Greg Joseph is a perfect 10-for-10 on field goals on the road this season. This season, the kickers at Lambeau Field is eight for nine, and in two of the last three Packer home games, there has been no field goal attempt.

Los Angeles Rams vs Los Angeles Chargers

Since Week 13, Keenan Allen is one of two WRs to have at least 50 targets and 35 receptions, with no lower than nine targets and six receptions in a game during that span. The Rams have struggled against WRs recently too, as since Week 13, the Rams have allowed two WRs to be targeted nine or more times and have six or more receptions, both WRs had 117 or more receiving yards.

Baker Mayfield apparently baked a new serving of Cam Akers. In the ten games this season before Baker Mayfield was a Ram, Cam Akers averaged 35.2 total yards, 0.3 touchdowns, and 5.2 points in PPR scoring. In the three games Cam Akers and Baker Mayfield have played, Cam Akers is averaging 96.1 total yards, 1.3 touchdowns, and 19.6 points in PPR scoring. It’s looking even better, as three of the last five games, the Chargers have allowed a RB to have over 96 total yards and score a touchdown.

The Chargers are one of three teams within the last five weeks to hold TEs to under a total of 200 receiving yards and no touchdowns. They’re hoping to stop Tyler Higbee, who has scored a touchdown in back-to-back games.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs Baltimore Ravens

The Steelers have not allowed a QB to have over 230 total yards or score multiple touchdowns in the last five games. While as of this writing, we don’t know whether the starting QB will be Lamar Jackson or Tyler Huntley, they have combined for seven starts this season where they did not have over 230 total yards. Also, the last six games, no Ravens QB has scored multiple touchdowns.

The Ravens WR room has taken a beating this season, and it’s showing on the field. No Ravens WR has gone over 55 receiving yards in the last four games. The Steelers have not allowed a 75-yard WR in three straight games.

Believe it or not, Justin Tucker has not made three field goals in the last two games. Hopefully, an old rival can get him back to normal, as three of the last four games, the Steelers have allowed kickers to score 10 or more fantasy points.

Buffalo Bills vs Cincinnati Bengals

In the last three games, Josh Allen has at least 145 passing yards, a passing touchdown, 40 rushing yards, and 20 fantasy points. The Bengals have not allowed a QB to score more than 20 fantasy points or 40 rushing yards in the last seven games. But, the Bengals have allowed a 145-yard and one-touchdown QB in the last four games.

In Joe Mixon’s two career games against the Bills, he averages 72.5 scrimmage yards, and 0.5 touchdowns. The Bills have gone five straight games with allowing an RB over 72 scrimmage yards, but only one RB has scored a touchdown in that span.
