Fantasy Football Stats For Every NFL Week 5 Matchup

Indianapolis Colts vs Denver Broncos

The Broncos have allowed a running back to have 100 or more total yards in their last two games. Nyheim Hines has gone over 100 total yards twice in his career, one of them being last year against the Jets.

Melvin Gordon has the most fumbles for a non-QB this season, with four. The Colts have two games this season where they have a fumble recovery.

In five of their past eight games, the Colts have allowed a QB to throw multiple touchdowns in a game. Russell Wilson has only done that once in his career as a Denver Bronco.

New York Giants vs Green Bay Packers

The Packers have not allowed a quarterback to score three or more touchdowns in seven straight games. No Giants QB has scored 3three or more touchdowns in eight straight games.

Aaron Rodgers has started against the Giants seven times in his career, and in four of those games, he has thrown for four touchdowns. The last time the Giants allowed a QB to throw four or more touchdowns in a game was in Week 6 of the 2021 season.

The last four running backs to have 15 or more carries against the Packers have gone over 80 total yards. Saquon Barkley has seen 15 or more carries in three games this season, with two of them going over 140 rushing yards, and all three games over 80 total yards.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs Buffalo Bills

The Bills have allowed the second-fewest passing yards this season, and have allowed the second least fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. The Steelers have thrown for the fifth-fewest passing yards this season. That includes the Steelers being one of three teams to not have a game with over 210 total passing yards this season.

Stefon Diggs has two games this season, where he went over 100 receiving yards. In both of those games, he scored a touchdown. Well, the Steelers have allowed four WRs to have 95+ yards in a game, which is tied for the most this season. Also, the Steelers have also allowed every WR to score a touchdown if they go over 100 receiving yards

Josh Allen is on a current 11-game streak (including playoffs) of scoring multiple touchdowns in a game. The Steelers have not allowed the opposing starting quarterback to score multiple touchdowns in five of their past nine games.

Los Angeles Chargers vs Cleveland Browns

The Browns have gone on a two-game streak of not allowing a passing touchdown. Justin Herbert is on a 25-game streak where he has thrown a touchdown in a game, and that was the only one of his career.

The Browns have allowed five total touchdowns to RBs this season, which is tied for third most. All those RBs who scored against the Browns have something in common. They were held to under 65 total yards.

The last three running backs to have 14 or more carries against the Chargers, have over 100 rushing yards and scored a touchdown. Nick Chubb has carried the ball 17 or more time in all games this season.

Chicago Bears vs Minnesota Vikings

The Bears have allowed a kicker to score seven or more points in four of their last five games. In two games this season, Greg Joseph has scored more than 10 points.

Justin Jefferson has faced the Bears four times in his very short career, in three of those games. he has gone over 100 receiving yards. He also scored a touchdown in both games against the Bears last season.

Justin Fields has gone over 275 passing yards in two games in his NFL career. Even though they both happened last year, one of the games was against the Vikings. Also, The Vikings have allowed two quarterbacks to have over 275 passing yards this season.

Detroit Lions vs New England Patriots

The Lions have allowed a quarterback to throw for more than 255 yards and throw multiple touchdowns in their last 3 games. Although, the Patriots starting QB this week is currently unknown, with Mac Jones having a high-ankle sprain and Brian Hoyer under concussion protocol. Bailey Zappe is the third-string QB, and he has the record for the most passing yards in a College Football season.

Jamaal Williams leads the league with the most touchdowns scored by a non-quarterback this season, with six. The Patriots are the only team this season to not allow any RB to score a touchdown of any sort this season.

There has been eight different times this season, where a QB has thrown for four or more touchdowns in a game. Jared Goff is the only one to do it twice. One of the eight teams to allow a four or more passing touchdown performance was the Patriots in Week 3.

Seattle Seahawks vs New Orleans Saints

The Seahawks are one of three teams to allow running backs to have 600 or more total yards and five or more touchdowns this season. The Saints running backs have not totaled 100+ yards in any game this season.

DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett have seen eight or more targets in two straight games. Dating back to last season, the Saints have allowed 20 WRs to have eight or more targets in a game. Only nine of them went over 75 receiving yards.

Geno Smith is on a two-game streak of throwing over 300 yards and having multiple touchdowns. The last time the Saints allowed a stat line like that was Week 9 of the 2021 season. In fact, Geno has faced off against the Saints twice in his career, and both times he failed to throw over 200 yards.

Miami Dolphins vs New York Jets

Teddy Bridgewater will start this game with Tua Tagovailoa under concussion protocol. Last season, as the Broncos quarterback, Bridgewater was the third-worst starting quarterback against the Jets. The Jets are also tied for fifth-most interceptions this season with six.

Tyler Conklin has seen the seventh-most targets for a TE this season and is one of five tight ends to see five or more targets in all games this season. The Dolphins have allowed 38 targets to TEs this season, which is tied for the most. With that being said, the Dolphins have also allowed the most receptions to TEs this season with 30.

The Dolphins have allowed five WRs to have 74 yards or more in their past three games and have allowed the second-most receiving yards to WRs in the last three games this season. Corey Davis has gone over 74 yards in three games this season, and led the team in receiving yards last week with Zach Wilson back as the starting quarterback.

Atlanta Falcons vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Falcons are one of three teams to allow multiple tight ends to have a 70-yard receiving game this season. No Buccaneers TE has gone over 55 receiving yards in a game this season.

The Falcons have allowed a QB to throw for over 260 yards this season and score multiple touchdowns in three games this season. Last week, was the first time Tom Brady had that stat line this season.

The Falcons RBs have the second-most total rushing yards out of all running back groups this season, averaging 144 rushing yards per game. The Buccaneers have allowed the 18th-most rushing yards to all RBs this season, with an average of 92 rushing yards per game.

Tennessee Titans vs Washington Commanders

The Titans wide receivers scored their first touchdown last week. For three straight weeks, the Commanders have allowed the opponents’ WR1 to have eight or more targets, 75+ receiving yards, and score a touchdown.

The Titans have allowed a WR to have 70 receiving yards and score a touchdown in three games this season. The Commanders have seven WR touchdowns this season, which is the second-most, only one of them have gone over 70 receiving yards.

No Commanders RB has seen over 60 or more rushing yards in a game this season. Meanwhile, the Titans have only allowed an RB to go over 60 rushing yards in a game twice in their last 14 games and are allowing the least fantasy points to RBs in the last three weeks

Houston Texans vs Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars defense has gotten an interception in their last five games, and have recovered a fumble in three of their last five. In their last two games, Davis Mills has thrown four interceptions (tied for the most in that span) and the Texans have fumbled it four times (tied for ninth-most in that span).

James Robinson has gone over 75 rushing yards and scored a touchdown in both home games against the Texans in his career. This bodes well, as the Texans are on a two-game streak of allowing a RB to score 30+ more points in PPR leagues. James Robinson was also the last Jaguars RB to score more than 30 points, which was in Week 3 of 2020.

Dameon Pierce is on a two-game streak of scoring more than 17 points in PPR leagues, and having 14 or more carries in a game. The Jaguars have allowed two RBs to score over 17 points this season, and both of them have 14 or more rushing attempts.

San Francisco 49ers vs Carolina Panthers

In every game that Jeff Wilson Jr. has started for the 49ers this season, he has more than 70 rushing yards and has scored more than 11 points in PPR leagues. The Panthers are on a three-game streak of allowing no RB to score more than 12 points in PPR leagues, and no RB to have more than 75 rushing yards.

The 49ers defense are one of five defenses to have more interceptions against the opposing QB than the QB has scored total touchdowns. Baker Mayfield logged one game this season of having more interceptions than total touchdowns, and that was last week.

Christian McCaffrey is on a three-game streak of having 100 or more total yards. Meanwhile, the 49ers are on a 10-game streak of allowing no RB to have over 100 total yards

Dallas Cowboys vs Los Angeles Rams

In half PPR fantasy football stats scoring, the Rams have allowed the opponents WR1 to be WR10 or higher for that week in all games this season. CeeDee Lamb has finished WR10 or higher in two straight games.

In every game that Cooper Rush has started, he has thrown for a touchdown and over 215 yards. The Rams have allowed that twice this season.

Matthew Stafford has thrown the most interceptions this season with six. The Cowboys are tied for ninth with having the most interceptions this season with four. The Cowboys are also on a two-game streak of logging an interception.

Philadelphia Eagles vs Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals are one of two teams to not allow a WR to have 81+ total yards. In the last five games, the Eagles are on a five-game streak of having a WR have 80+ total yards.

Dallas Goedert is on a three-game streak of scoring more than 11 points in PPR leagues. Meanwhile, the Cardinals just snapped their three-game streak of allowing a TE to score more than 10 points in PPR leagues.

If you’re into revenge games, this is a revenge game for Zach Ertz. In the last 10 games, the Eagles have not allowed a TE to have over 50 receiving yards. Although, they have allowed six touchdowns to TEs in that span. In both games this season, where Zach Ertz has caught a touchdown, he did not have over 50 receiving yards in that game.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Baltimore Ravens

No Ravens WR has been targeted eight or more times this season. Dating back to last season, the last five WR touchdowns that the Bengals have allowed, the WR was targeted eight or less times.

Last season, the Ravens allowed eight touchdowns to tight ends last season, four of those eight touchdowns were scored by a divisional opponent.

In the last three weeks, the Ravens are top three in receptions allowed to WRs, receiving yards to WRs, and touchdowns allowed to WRs. The Bengals WR group are tied for fourth-most touchdowns and third-most receiving yards in that same three-week span.

Las Vegas Raiders vs Kansas City Chiefs

In the 11 games that Travis Kelce has played on Monday Night in his career, Kelce has scored eight touchdowns. Two of those games were against a divisional opponent, and in both of those games, he logged seven receptions, for more than 75 yards, and scored a touchdown.

Ever since the Raiders moved to Las Vegas, Patrick Mahomes has never thrown less than two touchdowns or had under 250 passing yards against the Raiders.

Davante Adams has seen 10 or more targets in three games this season, the Chiefs have allowed three WRs to have 10 or more targets in a game against them this season, with two of them going over 100 yards and scoring a touchdown.
