After driving through the longest track of the NASCAR Cup Series season, with the fifth first-time winner of the season, the series will head south. Atlanta Motor Speedway will host the Quaker State 400 for the second time. The race used to be held at Kentucky Speedway until 2021 when it moved to Hampton, GA. The Camping World Truck Series will not be joining the Cup and Xfinity Series for the NASCAR racing schedule this weekend. Instead, they will be at the Mid-Ohio Sportscar Course.
There have been 13 drivers in victory lane this season for the NASCAR Cup Series. With only three spots left, the revamped Atlanta Motor Speedway will play a bigger spot in determining the playoffs. Read below for the 2022 NASCAR Quaker State 400 racing schedule and start time.
