Projected Win Total

Seattle’s over/under is currently at 9.5, after they went 11-5 last year. The Seahawks went 10-2 in one-score games last year. No other team came close to having that many one-score games. Seattle has won single-digit games just once under Russell Wilson, and after trading for Jamal Adams to improve this secondary, they are on their way to yet another double-digit-win season.

Seahawks Fantasy Passing Game

QB: Russell Wilson, Geno Smith

WR: Tyler Lockett, Josh Gordon, David Moore

WR: DK Metcalf, John Ursua, Phillip Dorsett

TE: Greg Olsen, Will Dissly, Jacob Hollister

Despite having the second-most rushing attempts in the league, the Seahawks threw for the fourth-most touchdowns in 2019. Russell Wilson is one of the best fantasy quarterbacks, and he is ranked as the fifth-best quarterback for 2020. He is a dual threat that has numerous weapons around him, and they signed Josh Gordon back this week. There aren’t any other number one players on the Seahawks, but Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf are good WR2 candidates, Gordon has obvious upside and Greg Olsen is a decent TE2 option.

Seahawks Fantasy Running Game

RB: Chris Carson, Carlos Hyde, Rashaad Penny

2019 OL Run Rank: 16th

The Seahawks ran the ball a lot last year. This will continue in 2020. Chris Carson is a RB2, due to the perceived split he will have with Carlos Hyde. Carson has posted back-to-back season of 1000+ rushing yards, but he only had seven rushing touchdowns last year. He did have 37 receptions and two receiving touchdowns, through Rashaad Penny could participate in the receiving game a bit more, along with the newly-added pass catchers.
