Are you looking for a player to fill in as a fantasy football QB streaming option in Week 7? In this article, I am giving you three options, including the Cleveland Browns’ Dillon Gabriel.
Injuries and byes are really starting to hamper the 2025 fantasy football season. If you are one of those fantasy managers who have Lamar Jackson or Joe Burrow, or have Josh Allen on bye, you will need someone to fill your QB slot. Luckily for you, I have three great options for you to stream this week to help you get that win!

Week 7 Fantasy Football QB Streaming Options
Dillon Gabriel vs Miami Dolphins (2.6%)
While it is certainly not the sexiest pick of all time, Dillon Gabriel has the matchup to put together a good performance this week. The Browns are taking on the Miami Dolphins, who have been horrible against opposing offenses this season. On the season, the Dolphins have given up 26 points per game to opposing quarterbacks this season. On top of that, they have given up 1,403 passing yards and 11 touchdowns. On a points per game basis, the Dolphins are 31st in the entire NFL.
With the Miami Dolphins not scaring you at all on defense, we look to the weapons that Gabriel has at his disposal. The Browns should be able to move the ball at will in this game and while I like Quinshon Judkins, I love Harold Fannin. Fannin is the perfect receiving option for a young quarterback, as he can line up all over the field and make plays. On top of that, David Njoku is a huge target. Rookie quarterbacks also have a propensity to run, something that Miami has struggled against as well, giving up four rushing touchdowns to quarterbacks.

Spencer Rattler at Chicago Bears (3.7%)
As we move along through the season, Spencer Rattler continues to outperform his expectations. He is quietly sitting at QB20 on the season. While that is not a championship-winning quarterback by any means, he is the definition of a fantasy football QB streamer right now. With a matchup against the Chicago Bears this week, that will continue. The Bears have been really bad against the pass this season, surrendering 24.4 fantasy points per game to opposing QBs.
It appears that Rattler is starting to finally build a connection with Chris Olave. With Olave getting going, the Saints have a player that they can rely on in the pass game. With that at their disposal, Alvin Kamara will be able to get going in the receiving game, as teams won’t be able to put all of their focus on stopping him. On top of that, Juwan Johnson continues to impress this season. Rattler will continue to use his legs and play well above his ability in this matchup with the Bears.
Bryce Young at New York Jets (19.5%)
Last week, Bryce Young put together one of his better performances of the 2025 season against the Dallas Cowboys. He totaled 199 passing yards and three touchdowns. It’s not as bad a defense this week, but the Jets have not performed well against opposing quarterbacks this season. This year, the Jets are giving up 21.8 points per week to opposing quarterbacks. When we are looking for streaming options, that is exactly what we are looking for – those high-floor players who have good matchups.
As the Panthers continue to work through the season, there have been a couple of players who have started to stand out. The first of which is Tet McMillan. The rookie has shown that he can be the number one receiver that the Panthers have been looking for since Steve Smith left. Jalen Coker looks like he is back this week, and Rico Dowdle is playing as good as any running back in the NFL right now. Young certainly has the pieces around him to put together another solid week.
