Week 6 Fantasy Football QB Streaming Options
Bryce Young vs Dallas Cowboys (17.5%)
While Bryce Young is not where you want a number one pick in the draft to be, he has shown some propensity for being able to play quarterback in the NFL as of late. While that is not a high mark of praise by any means, there is no doubt that he has a great matchup this week if you need a quarterback. The Dallas Cowboys have been horrible against the pass this season, setting Young up with a high floor. This season, the Cowboys are dead last in points per week given up to opposing quarterbacks. They have given up 1,520 passing yards and 12 passing touchdowns this season.
Whether Chuba Hubbard is back or Rico Dowdle is running the ball, the Panthers will be able to move the ball on the ground. This will allow Young to settle in and be able to read the defense. With Jalen Coker returning to practice and Xavier Legette actually looking like a competent receiver, Young will make some noise this week.
Sam Darnold at Jacksonville Jaguars (17.7%)
As he continues to perform this season, I will keep writing about him. Excluding his Week 1 stinker against the 49ers, Darnold still does not have a week under 16 points this season. He boomed last week, as he tore apart the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and finished as QB2 for the week. Going 28-for-34 with 341 passing yards and four touchdowns, I would imagine that Darnold will be a big add this week, but in your league, he needs to be rostered. With a supporting cast of Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Cooper Kupp, Tory Horton, Ken Walker and Zach Charbonnet, Darnold has the weapons to register another big week.
Going up against the Jacksonville Jaguars this week seems scarier than it really is. While Jacksonville has been able to create turnovers, they have also been able to be passed on this year. So far, the Jags have given up 1,302 yards and 10 touchdowns. That has led to opposing quarterbacks scoring just north of 20 points per game against them. On top of that, it feels like this can be a let-down game for Jacksonville coming off a big win against Kansas City and playing on somewhat of a short week.

Dillon Gabriel at Pittsburgh Steelers (2.3%)
After the Cleveland Browns traded Joe Flacco to the Cincinnati Bengals, it is clear that Dillon Gabriel is the starting quarterback for the Browns… for now. This week, the rookie gets to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers, who, unlike in years past, have not been great on defense this season. On the season, the Steelers have given up 1,131 passing yards to opposing quarterbacks. That equates to 24.2 fantasy points per game. You aren’t typically starting Gabriel, but if you are in a big pinch in a deep league, there is certainly some value in the rookie here.
On top of the good matchup this week, Dylan Gabriel has some pieces that should be able to help him out. First of all, Quinshon Judkins and the run game have been solid this season, which will help Gabriel settle in and progress through all of his reads. Second, David Njoku and Harold Fannin are nice big targets who have run-after-the-catch ability to make plays for the young quarterback.
