With this being the final weekend of the month, the June USA Powerlifting schedule is set to wrap up on Saturday and Sunday. While it may be the end of the line for the sixth month of the year, June is certainly going out with a bang. There are 11 USAPL-sanctioned meets on tap for this weekend. A couple of state championships as well as a massive summer meet in the great state of Texas are among the competitions included on the weekly USAPL schedule for June 25-26.

Weekly USAPL Schedule Overview for June 25-26

By now, most of the annual USA Powerlifting state championship meets have already been held. Perhaps the key word in that sentence is “most”, as there are three more state competitions on this week’s USAPL schedule. Both Alaska and Massachusetts will hold their full state championship meets this weekend. Meanwhile, Nebraska will also contest its state bench press championship.

The rest of the weekly USA Powerlifting meet schedule is comprised of local competitions. However, there are a couple of big-time meets included among them. The biggest local meet that will take place this weekend is the Summer Power Fest in Texas. Three platforms will accommodate well over 100 lifters at the NRG Center in downtown Houston. However, the Space City is not the only major metropolitan area that will host a USA Powerlifting event this weekend. The schedule also includes meets in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, St. Louis and St. Paul.

Below, readers will find a detailed, easy-to-follow road map of the June 25-26 USAPL schedule. The dates and locations for all 11 meets on this week’s schedule are also included.
