It’s the final week of the NFL regular season! While your season-long fantasy football league is in the books, there are still ways to make fantasy football picks for this week. Underdog Fantasy has a couple of great ways to play this weekend. You can jump into live drafts and compete with other users, or you can make Underdog Fantasy picks through a variety of NFL DFS pick’ems available.
Below, I’ll go over some of my favorite Underdog Fantasy picks and NFL DFS players for Week 18 that will help you score a big payday! If you don’t have an account yet, sign up with the Underdog Fantasy promo code FLURRY for a $100 deposit match this weekend!
What is Underdog Fantasy?
In addition to live DFS drafts, Underdog Fantasy offers pick’em contests. In essence, making NFL DFS picks on Underdog combines daily fantasy sports and player props into one. A wide variety of player props exist for this weekend’s NFL Week 18 schedule. The more props a user combines, the greater their potential payout.
Unlike some other platforms in the market, Underdog Fantasy also allows users the flexibility to pick and choose which props they pair together. You can even combine DFS picks from multiple sports and games! When making Underdog Fantasy NFL picks, the only limitations are truly the user’s own imagination and creativity.
Underdog Fantasy Pick’em Payout
For the pick’em game format, users string player props together to form an entry. Without adding “insurance” to the entry, you must get every selection correct to be paid out the following payouts. If picks are correlated, the payout can shift a bit. With insurance, the payout is less, but you can get a selection wrong and still win money!
- 2 Picks: 3x
- 3 Picks: 6x
- 4 Picks: 10x
- 5 Picks: 20x
Best Underdog Fantasy Picks and NFL DFS Plays Week 18
Much like betting odds move and update throughout the day, props at Underdog Fantasy also move. In other words, if there is a prop you like, make sure you place it quickly.
Najee Harris HIGHER Than 61.5 Rushing Yards
Pittsburgh needs a win against the Baltimore Ravens in order to keep the Steelers’ playoff chances alive. While the Ravens are resting some players, this game is not going to be an easy win for Pittsburgh, so they will need a full-powered offensive attack to win this one.
The best way for the Steelers to win this game is on the ground. So, whether the game is close or the Steelers are up, expect them to run the ball a lot. This means great things for this Najee Harris rushing projection, making it one of my favorite Underdog Fantasy NFL DFS picks of the weekend.
The Ravens allow 4.5 yards per carry this season, ranking 27th. Over the past three weeks, they are the worst in the NFL in this category, giving up 5.8 yards per attempt. We should also see a bit of weather, so look for Pittsburgh to pound the rock with Najee Harris early and often.
Another selection for him that looks great is Harris going higher than 15.5 rushing attempts.
Diontae Johnson HIGHER Than 36.5 Receiving Yards
Once again, this Steelers-Ravens game is not going to be a blowout for Pittsburgh despite Lamar Jackson and others sitting out. It will be a close game, and the Steelers will still have to throw the ball some. The weather could impact downfield throwing, but Diontae Johnson should still be able to bring in a few receptions underneath.
Johnson’s projection of 36.5 receiving yards is set too low. One reception may be all that is needed for this pick to hit, but he should see 5-7 targets regardless. Add Johnson’s receiving yards to your NFL DFS picks this weekend.
Ka’imi Fairbairn HIGHER Than 7.5 Kicking Points
The Indianapolis Colts defense is not that great. They should play plenty of zone this weekend, letting Houston move the ball all over. However, when the ball gets in the red zone, they will lock it down. That is why their opponents have attempted the second-most field goals per game (2.5).
Ka’imi Fairbairn is a solid kicker who has been busy this season. He has played in 11 games this year, hitting multiple field goals in 10 of these games. Nine of his performances resulted in at least three field goals made. This is a no-brainer.

Zaire Franklin HIGHER Than 9.5 Tackles + Assists
If you didn’t know, Zaire Franklin leads the NFL in tackles (170). A big reason for this is that the Colts’ defense isn’t very good and struggles to get off of the field, as said in the previous Underdog Fantasy pick. Once again, Franklin should be on the field a lot, and he will see many tackles.
Franklin has totaled at least 10 tackles in 11 of his 15 games this season. This includes 13 tackles against Houston earlier this season. We have seen the Texans lean on the run with Devin Singletary. Whether they are running the ball or throwing underneath to Dalton Schultz, look for Franklin to be around the ball a lot.
Justin Fields HIGHER Than 258.5 Pass + Rush Yards
Whether you think the Green Bay Packers or Chicago Bears win this weekend, Justin Fields is a fantastic option for NFL DFS picks. Either the Bears win because of Fields or he will have to do more because they are trailing.
The Packers’ defense stinks; we all know this. They are especially bad against running quarterbacks since Rashan Gary closes his eyes and crashes inside on every play while the inside linebackers go wherever their heart leads them. This has resulted in Justin Fields running for at least 59 yards in three of his last four matchups with Green Bay. He went for over 258.5 combined passing and rushing yards in these three games as well. Fields has totaled over this combined yardage in five of his past six games, and he will do it again on Sunday.
Krys Barnes HIGHER Than 6.0 Tackles + Assists
I may be the only person talking about Arizona Cardinals linebackers today, but it’ll be making us money on Underdog Fantasy. Barnes is a long, athletic linebacker who has had some flashes in the NFL. He has seen increased playing time over the past two weeks with Arizona, playing nearly every snap. The result has been tackle totals of nine and seven.
This week, the Cardinals face the Seattle Seahawks. We know Seattle would love to run the ball, control the clock, and keep Kyler Murray off of the field. They should have success running the ball as well, so feel free to make some Kenneth Walker picks. However, the biggest winner in this is Krys Barnes who should see tackles funneled his way. This isn’t a flashy pick, but it’ll be a profitable one.
