Underdog Fantasy NFL DFS Picks For Buccaneers vs Commanders Playoffs
Rachaad White HIGHER 14.5 Rushing Yards
While the major story surrounding the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense this season has been the emergence of rookie running back Bucky Irving, Rachaad White has seemingly gone under the radar. White has totaled 613 yards on the ground this season in what has turned into a secondary option role. When looking at the NFL DFS projection for White in this game, 14.5 rushing yards seems way too low.
The Washington Commanders are 30th in the NFL in rushing yards given up this season, with 2,337. Even if Irving gets a majority of the carries, there should still be enough opportunities for White to pick up 15 rushing yards. Looking at his previous games, White has gone over this line in 14 games this season. As I said, this projection just seems a little too low for someone who is still involved in the offense.
Olamide Zaccheaus HIGHER 40.5 Receiving Yards
While the Buccaneers have once again won their division, they did have a glaring weakness throughout their team – their secondary. Teams have been able to pass all over the Buccaneers this season, as they rank 30th in the NFL in passing yards given up (4,464). That bodes well for the Washington Commanders, who have found success passing the ball with Jayden Daniels in his rookie season.
While Terry McLaurin has been great this season, Olamide Zaccheaus seems to have taken over a safety blanket-type role with the team. Playing out of the slot, Zaccheaus should have the ability to create openings, making Daniels’ life easy in this game. As he has taken on a larger role in this offense, Zaccheaus has gone over 40.5 receiving yards in each of Washington’s last three games.

Jeremy Chinn HIGHER 2.5 Assisted Tackles
Baker Mayfield has been at his best throughout his career when he can use the play-action to get outside of the pocket and make plays. I certainly think that Tampa has the ability to run the ball in this game in order to set up play-action as Washington has been bad against the run. If they do get the run game going, which can set up the pass, I am expecting Jeremy Chinn to be very involved in the defensive secondary. Chinn has enjoyed a solid season this year and, like Rachaad White, this Underdog Fantasy line just feels a little too low for a good player. He has gone over this total in each of his last three games.
