UConn continues their gauntlet of a nonconference schedule with their fourth game against a top-15 team coming on the road against the Zags. Out of their three ranked tests so far, UConn is 2-1 with their only loss coming at Kansas by just four points. This team doesn’t seem to have a weak spot and they travel well.
Gonzaga’s nonconference schedule hasn’t been as hard as UConn’s, but it hasn’t been a cakewalk as in years past either. Gonzaga lost by 10 to #3 Purdue and lost on the road a tough unranked Washington team thanks to a second-half collapse. Even with those two losses, they do have solid wins over decent Syracuse and UCLA teams.
