3 Tetairoa McMillan NFL Draft Landing Spots

As we are scouting for who will end up where, looking at the potential Tetairoa McMillan NFL draft landing spots becomes an interesting conversation. It is no secret that, based on size alone, McMillan jumps off the page as one of the more interesting prospects in the 2025 NFL Draft. While McMillan did not put up major numbers at Arizona, that has to do with the team around him more than his skill level.

Any team looking for a wide receiver in this draft will be enamored by his size alone. With that being said, let’s take a look at three potential Tetairoa McMillan draft landing spots.

Tetairoa McMillan NFL Draft Landing Spots

    New York Jets

The New York Jets are in a very interesting spot, as they have seemingly done a hard reset on their franchise without doing a hard reset. They opted to change from Aaron Rodgers to Justin Fields at the quarterback position. While it is yet to be seen what Fields can do with the offense that will be more impactful than Rodgers, there are certainly some opportunities to build up an arsenal for him.

Over the past couple of seasons, the Jets have opted to build up the offensive line. If they continue to do so in this draft, it certainly helps the rushing attack. Still, looking for a receiver to pair alongside Garrett Wilson may be more impactful in the short term. The Tetairoa McMillan draft value is far and away higher than any other pure wide receiver. While Fields struggles in the passing game, bringing in a player with as big of a catch radius as McMillan’s will certainly help. If all else fails, it is another player to take the heat off of Wilson.

Tetairoa McMillan’s 95th percentile IGA Score® reflects the kind of In-Game Athleticism™ that shows up on tape — long-strider acceleration with smooth vertical pacing and control at the catch point.

    Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers can’t go through another offseason of not helping Bryce Young. We saw flashes of what Young can be in the NFL at the end of last season, and that was with guys like Adam Thielen and Xavier Legette as his leading receivers. No offense against either of those guys, but as it stands, Young and the offense can stand to add a true go-to guy. McMillan’s ability to find open space when the play breaks down bodes well for a Carolina offensive line that is still finding its footing in the NFL.

It certainly looks like the Panthers want to build the franchise around Young. If that is the case, getting his number one target for years to come seems like it should happen sooner rather than later.

    Seattle Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks currently own the 18th pick in the NFL Draft. While I don’t expect McMillan to be available that late, if he does find himself still on the draft board around the ninth pick, I think Seattle calls to see how they can get him. It is no secret that the Seahawks need receiver help. They lost both Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf in the offseason, so adding a weapon will certainly happen in the draft. Jaxon Smith-Njigba is awesome out of the slot, but in order to find space to work the middle of the field, the Seahawks need to add a receiver who can work the sidelines.

Given his size and catch radius, McMillan certainly has the potential to act as Sam Darnold’s Justin Jefferson this season in the Northwest.
