Strengths
Jayson Oweh has elite speed and get-off from the edge rusher position. He can be a nightmare in the option game, as he as the speed and athleticism to make the play as the option man, or even chase down ball carriers in the open field. Despite thriving as a speed rusher, he has the strength and discipline to stop the run as well.
Weaknesses
While he has all of the physical skills, Oweh is still a bit raw as a pass rusher. He doesn’t have the moves to be the top sack leader, yet. Oweh also isn’t super agile, and he isn’t as violent at the point of attack as a defensive coordinator would like.

What to Expect From Jayson Oweh in 2021
After losing Matthew Judon and Yannick Ngakoue in free agency, the Ravens had an obvious need at edge rusher. Jayson Oweh should be able to immediate fill this void. He has a ceiling as high as any edge rusher in the draft, off-the-charts physical traits, and he has extreme explosiveness and speed. Oweh should remind Ravens fans of Bud Dupree, which is a tremendous compliment to give the Ravens’ second draft pick of the evening.
