No. 1 ranked Louisville to head to the National Semifinals after sweeping Baylor (25-23, 25-16, 25-17). They won a five-setter against No. 3 Oregon in a five-set thriller (25-23, 23-25, 13-25, 27-25, 15-6) in the Elite Eight and swept No. 4 Baylor in the Sweet 16 to earn their second straight NCAA National Semi-finals spot.

Pittsburgh Panthers (31-3) have progressed to the Final Four for the second consecutive year. They defeated defending National Champions,

Louisville Athletics

The ACC Player of the Year, Claire Chaussee, has 415 kills hitting .303, 41 blocks, 17 aces, and 197 digs in the season. She was named to the All-Regional team. Anna DeBeer returned from an injury and was named the NCAA Louisville Regional MVP. She added 28 blocks, 152 kills, 24 aces, and 153 digs.

The ACC Defensive Player of the Year, Amaya Tillman, continues to be one of the best blockers in the nation and has led the team with 157 blocks. She added 236 kills, hitting .352, 18 aces, and 40 digs. Moreover, Raquel Lazaro, the ACC Setter of the Year, has recorded 1,075 assists and added 55 kills, 91 blocks, 22 aces, and 225 digs. Furthermore, Libero Elena Scott led her side with 433 digs and added 35 aces.

Pittsburgh Panthers

The panthers have a well-balanced offense, as they have four players with 200+ kills this season. Courtney Buzzerio was named NCAA Madison Regional MVP with 448 kills hitting .329. She added 82 blocks, 33 aces, and ten digs.

Valeria Vazquez Gomez recorded 351 kills, hitting .245, 38 blocks, 23 aces, and 279 digs. In blocks, Serena Gray led the team with 127. She added 238 kills, hitting .404, 24 aces, and 77 digs. Rachel Fairbanks led the team in double-doubles (15) and 48 blocks and had 136 kills, 851 assists, 39 aces, and 282 digs.
