In Game 3 of these Western Conference Finals, the Mavericks shot a putrid 28% as a team from beyond the three-point arc. Just two nights later in Game 4, Dallas flipped the script. As a team, the Mavs knocked down over 46% of their shot attempts from three-point range. When it comes to a Game 5 Mavericks vs Warriors prediction, the handicap is quite simple. If the Mavs are knocking down their three-pointers and getting offensive contributions from role players, they very well could spring a road upset.
Luka Doncic was phenomenal as usual in the Game 4 win for the Mavericks, but this time, he had plenty of help. Oddly enough, fellow backcourt players Jalen Brunson and Spencer Dinwiddie combined for just 25 points in the win.
