Grant reacts well to what opponents are trying to do and fights through it. He gets his mitts up to disrupt passing lanes as well, with 10 passes defended over the past two seasons. Grant also has the athleticism to execute stunts upfront, even having the ability to peel around the corner.
Weaknesses
Grant needs to work on making his first step consistent. Too often he steps backwards or laterally instead of forward. He can also play a bit too high, giving up his leverage. Grant also needs to work on his hand placement and technique.
