When is the 2025 NFL Draft?
The 2025 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 24, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The draft will take place in Green Bay, WI, which brings plenty of potential challenges. Only Round 1 will take place on Thursday. Rounds 2-3 will take place on April 25th, with the remaining four rounds wrapping up on Sunday, April 26th. There will be 257 players selected across the seven rounds, with many more getting phone calls immediately afterward.

Strengths
Conerley is quick, explosive and athletic at offensive tackle. He has good feet and has shown to be capable mirroring even the best edge rushers. When asked to be on the move, whether it be down the line or in space, he has excelled. Conerly also improved quite a bit over this past season, showing he can be coached, and there is still plenty of room to grow as a player.
Weaknesses
Josh Conterly Jr. is a bit of a “tweener” in terms of his size. While he doesn’t have outstanding length and size to play tackle, he also doesn’t have the strength the play guard. So, he will likely stick at tackle for his new team. His hands are all over the place, striking seemingly everywhere and having no discipline with that. Conerly also struggles both to anchor and to create gaps. He also doesn’t anticipate defenders or the play consistently.
