The Canadian Football League is gearing up for its biggest night of the year, and the entertainment lineup is just as electric as the action on the field. The CFL announced that mgk—the artist formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly—will headline the Bud Light Grey Cup Halftime Show on Sunday, Nov. 16, live from Princess Auto Stadium in Winnipeg.

The multi-platinum, GRAMMY-nominated star is set to bring major energy to Canada’s championship game.
“Canada has some of the best fans, so I’m excited to play the Grey Cup Halftime Show and to see some epic Canadian football,” mgk said in a press release.
Who Is Performing at the Grey Cup 2025?
This year’s entertainment lineup features a mix of global star power and beloved Canadian talent:
- Halftime Headliner: mgk, known for hits like Lonely Road, my ex’s best friend, and Bad Things, will take center stage at halftime.
- Kickoff Show: Canadian alt-rock icons Our Lady Peace will get the night started with the SiriusXM Grey Cup Kickoff Show.
- National Anthem: Manitoban vocalist Catie St. Germain will perform O Canada in front of her home-province crowd.
CFL Commissioner Stewart Johnston praised the lineup, saying the league is delivering “a remarkable sound and atmosphere” to match the intensity of the championship matchup.
