Fantasy Football WR Rankings Week 12

DK Mecalf lives and dies by the deep ball. In his matchups against the Arizona Cardinals, he has died by this. Across nine matchups, Metcalf has just 245 yards and two touchdowns. Budda Baker won’t get beat over the top, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba will soak up plenty of targets underneath as Seattle’s best receiver. I said what I said. Of course, y’all know I’m a Metcalf hater (truther).
The Baltimore Ravens have been the worst fantasy defense against WRs this season, giving up over 2,000 yards and 16 touchdowns to the position. They cannot defend the pass whatsoever. However, you want to attack the Ravens on the outside, not in the slot where Marlon Humphrey is. So, this means Ladd McConkey may actually struggle, as he lines up in the slot 72% of the time. Quentin Johnston, however, plays 92% of his snaps on the outside.
Malik Nabers has been really frustrating to own. After 35 catches in his first four games, he’s gotten only 26 in his last four (with no touchdowns). Tommy DeVito is at quarterback now, and they have a great matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (who allowed over a 75% completion rate the past three games). DeVito isn’t afraid to let it rip. Hell, even Jaylin Hyatt had a 100-yard game with him. DeVito knows the ball needs to get in the hands of the playmakers and Nabers is exactly that.
