Fantasy Football Week 9 RB Streamers
Tyjae Spears Fantasy Outlook (48.8%)
We have seen Tyjae Spears miss the past two games due to a hamstring injury. However, after logging three consecutive practice days last week, he was close to playing. So, unless there is a setback, we can assume the change-of-pace Tennessee Titans running back will return to the field for a matchup against the New England Patriots.
Prior to his Week 6 injury, Spears totaled over 40 yards in back-to-back games. He also saw over 35% of the snaps in three of his four healthy games. Spears is involved in both running and catching the ball, so he should be involved against a Patriots defense that has surrendered the third-most average fantasy points to RBs this season. Even in their win last week Breece Hall averaged five yards per carry. Spears can provide you with flex value as a Week 9 fantasy football streamers option.
Tyler Allgeier Fantasy Outlook (49.6%)
Tyler Allgeier continues to be one of the most valuable handcuffs in fantasy football. Not only does he have a week-to-week role, but if Bijan Robinson gets injured, Allgeier will be a steady starter in your lineup (as we saw before Bijan was drafted). This week, the Atlanta Falcons face a Dallas Cowboys defense that has really struggled to stop the run. In fact, they are giving up 4.8 yards per carry.
Allgeier floats around 30-40% of the offensive snaps this season while averaging nearly 5.4 yards per touch. It makes sense for the Falcons to run the ball and not force things downfield in this matchup, and that should result in a decent day for Tyler Allgeier. While he likely won’t be a matchup-winning player this week, he is a decent fantasy football streamers option, and he is also one of the best handcuffs to own.

Alexander Mattison Fantasy Outlook (56.2%)
It is no secret that Alexander Mattison is a bad football player. However, he is decent for fantasy football right now due to his workload. He has seen 15 or more touches in four straight weeks. This type of workload cannot be found on the waiver wire often, so pick him up and start Mattison against the Cincinnati Bengals this week.
While Mattison is not an efficient runner in the slightest, the Raiders are throwing him the ball. With two or more catches in six of his eight games this season, Mattison has a slightly higher floor in PPR leagues.
