Fantasy Football Week 7 WR Streamers
Christian Watson Fantasy Outlook (50.8%)
It looked for a minute like Christian Watson was set to miss a lot of time with an ankle injury he suffered in Week 4, but his return to action in Week 6 should give fantasy managers some hope that he can be the contributor that so many have hoped he’d be.
Watson finished Week 6 with three catches on four targets for 68 yards and a touchdown. The Packer offense certainly has a lot of mouths to feed, but Jordan Love seems committed to sharing the love. The Packers have a Week 7 date with the Houston Texans which has all the upside of a high-scoring affair. His touchdown came on a 44-yard touchdown pass, so he’s a boom-bust fantasy football Week 7 WR streamers option this week.
Darius Slayton Fantasy Outlook (16%)
Darius Slayton caught six of his 11 targets for 57 yards in a 17-7 loss to the Bengals in Week 6, tying for the Giants team lead in receiving yards, targets, and catches for the game. Slayton’s increased targets come as a result of Malik Nabers’ (concussion) absence, and he’s a sure-fire flex should Nabers miss more time. Even if Nabers plays, Slayton is involved enough in the offense to have a fantasy impact.
JuJu Smith-Schuster Fantasy Outlook (31.3%)
JuJu Smith-Schuster caught seven passes for 130 yards in Monday night’s 26-13 win over the New Orleans Saints. His 130 yards led the team and might have cemented him as the main beneficiary of Rashee Rice’s absence.
Smith-Schuster is likely a good add for the rest of the season, and not just a fantasy football Week 7 WR streamers option. But at the very least, his seemingly high floor is enough to warrant weekly streamer viability.
