Fantasy Football Week 4 WR Streamers
Xavier Legette Fantasy Outlook (21%)
The Carolina Panthers selected Xavier Legette with the 32nd overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft, committing plenty of draft capital to a playmaker who was, supposedly, supposed to help Bryce Young blossom. With Young now out of the picture and Andy Dalton stepping in, we can look towards Carolina pass-catchers for some weekly help.
Legette finished Week 3 with 42 yards on two catches (three targets) and had his best weekly finish as a pro at WR52 in half-ppr leagues. With Adam Thielen likely to be sidelined in the Panthers’ matchup with the Bengals in Week 4, I’m looking towards Legette as someone who can be a major beneficiary while having low ownership.
Mike Williams Fantasy Outlook (47%)
Mike Williams missed most of the 2023 season with an ACL injury, and his return to action in 2024 has been rather quiet. Williams has finished as the WR123 in Week 1, WR 84 in Week 2 and WR 55 in Week 3.
Week 3 saw Williams’ most targets (4) and catches (3) for his largest yardage total (34). He also saw a jump ball end zone target in Week 3 and seems to be building trust with Aaron Rodgers. Williams will become more entrenched in the Jets’ offense with each passing week, and he’s a sneaky option for lineups in need of WR help this week.
Jalen Nailor Fantasy Outlook (5%)
Jalen Nailor has been a welcome fill-in for Jordan Addison so far in 2024, finishing as the WR28, 21 and 24 in consecutive weeks. Nailor finished Week 3 with three catches and 31 yards on four targets. For as long as Jordan Addison is out, and he should miss Week 4, Nailor is a startable option in a Vikings offense that looks revamped under Sam Darnold. The Vikings will travel to Green Bay next week for an NFC North matchup with the Packers.
