Fantasy Football Week 14 RB Streamers
Devin Singletary Fantasy Outlook (50.6%)
Devin Singletary rushed for 23 yards on seven carries in the Giants’ 27-20 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving. He did not record a reception on his lone target.
Singletary wasn’t able to get much of anything going in Week 13, but he did carry the ball seven times and appears to be fully back from injury. While it’s clear that Tyrone Tracy Jr. has usurped Singletary as the lead back in New York, a Week 14 matchup with the Saints presents a golden opportunity for Singletary to have a nice week. The Saints are the fifth-worst team against the rush in fantasy this season. This presents a strong weekly matchup for running backs. Assuming Singletary has a safe floor of carries on a week-to-week basis, Singletary is a sneaky fantasy football streamer option.
Isaac Guerendo Fantasy Outlook (58.8%)
Isaac Guerendo will be the most highly sought-after waiver wire pick-up this week, but he may still slip through some cracks in shallower leagues. With both Christian McCaffrey and Jordan Mason likely to miss the remainder of the season, Guerendo is the lead back in San Francisco. If Guerendo happens to pass waivers in your league, he is a priority add and immediate start in Week 14.
Guerendo has been an effective runner this season, boasting an average of 5.9 yards per carry. In Kyle Shanahan’s offense, the rookie running back has the potential to deliver solid RB2 production at a minimum, provided McCaffrey and Mason remain on IR.
Kimani Vidal Fantasy Outlook (10.5%)
In the absence of J.K. Dobbins, the Los Angeles Chargers were not able to get much going on the ground in their 17-13 win over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. Vidal carried the ball just four times, amassing 20 yards. He was not targeted in the passing game.
With all of that being said, Gus Edwards didn’t do much of anything either. Edwards finished with six carries and 32 yards. In a Week 14 matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs, the run-heavy offense of the Chargers might be looking for answers. I wouldn’t be surprised if they ramped up Vidal’s usage, and I’d be willing to take a speculative shot at him in lineups if you’re desperate.
