Injuries continue to pile up across the league and bye weeks are also still playing out. For those in need of fantasy football streamers advice at the tight end position in Week 11, this column is for you!

Week 11 Fantasy Football TE Streamers

Ownership percentages reflect those across all Sleeper Fantasy Football leagues

Dan Arnold | Jacksonville Jaguars (vs SF)

Current Ownership: 46%

Look, we aren’t trying to run fantasy football managers through the mud here. At the same time, the fact that Dan Arnold remains owned in less than 50% of leagues is simply an insult to the intelligent fantasy mind. The Jaguars’ midseason trade acquisition is now making his third consecutive appearance in this TE streamers column. With three consecutive games seeing at least seven targets and exceeding 60 yards receiving since Jacksonville’s Week 7 bye, why wouldn’t we continue to feature him? A 13.7-fantasy point performance last week marked Arnold’s third straight game scoring in double figures. Note that he has achieved these last three double-digit outings without scoring a single touchdown.

In a Jaguars offense that is simply void of reliable pass-catchers, Arnold figures to remain a go-to target for rookie quarterback, Trevor Lawrence. Not only does he have the build to work the middle on short and intermediate routes, but Arnold’s athleticism also makes him one of the best deep threats on the team. Sunday sees the Jaguars welcome the San Francisco 49ers to Duval County. While the Niners have been one of the tougher defenses in terms of fantasy points allowed to tight ends, Arnold’s role in the Jags’ offense is more reliable week-to-week than the vast majority of players at the position. He once again is a tremendous fantasy football streamers candidate. Arnold carries his same stable floor with a ton of upside as usual.

Cole Kmet | Chicago Bears (vs BAL)

Current Ownership: 23%

Snap percentage and talent have not been the concerns regarding Cole Kmet’s fantasy football outlook this season. Rather, it has been the poor quarterback play in Chicago that has hampered his production. Of course, the same can be said for just about every Bears’ skill position player, including top wideout, Allen Robinson. That said, rookie QB Justin Fields actually played some of his best football to date during the second half of Chicago’s Week 9 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. With a bye week to regroup, can the offense replicate that success on Sunday?

When it comes to Week 11 TE fantasy football streamers, Kmet does present managers with plenty of upside. The Monday night game two weeks ago saw him garner a season-high eight targets. Kmet promptly turned those looks into six receptions for 87 yards and 14.7 PPR fantasy points. The fact that he finally broke down the double-digit point barrier without needing to score a touchdown is a major positive. The Baltimore Ravens defense that Kmet faces on Sunday has allowed the third-most fantasy points to opposing TEs of any team. Known for typically being tough defensively, injuries have really left the Ravens’ secondary vulnerable this season. Kmet certainly has the talent to do damage over the middle in this matchup.

Adam Trautman | New Orleans Saints (at PHI)

Current Ownership: 11%

While general perceptions surrounding the Saints offense have deteriorated rapidly in recent weeks, one player who is quietly flying under the fantasy football radar is second-year tight end, Adam Trautman. The former Dayton Flyer might just be one of the unlikely beneficiaries of the numerous injuries to key Saints contributors. We know that Jameis Winston won’t return this season. Whether it is Trevor Siemian or Taysom Hill under center, the Saints’ passing attack is bound to be comprised of more short and intermediate plays. With star RB Alvin Kamara banged up and top wideout Michael Thomas announcing that he will not play this season, New Orleans is desperate for a pass-catcher to step up on a consistent basis.

Over the last three weeks, Trautman has achieved some key statistical numbers that should make fantasy football managers excited. Along with playing over 80% of the team’s offensive snaps with regularity, Trautman has garnered target totals of six, seven and six in the last three games. The efficiency with those targets is lacking, evidenced by the fact that he has yet to crack double-digit fantasy points. However, if that target share holds moving forward, owners can do worse than Trautman when it comes to a fantasy football TE streamers option. Week 11 sees Trautman face a Philadelphia Eagles defense that has allowed the second-most PPR points to opposing TEs. Could this be a breakout game for the Saints’ tight end?
