Fantasy managers are now beginning to scout out waiver wire gems that could turn into potential streamers, due to injuries and bye weeks. The running backs on the fantasy football waiver wire will likely be scarce in deep formats because of the sheer amount of injuries to the position. However, players emerge every week and if you’re looking for a flex or RB2 option, read on for three fantasy football Week 11 RB streamers that are worth consideration.

Keep in mind, four teams have a bye week (MIA, SEA, JAX, TB).

Players must be owned in less than 60 percent of ESPN leagues to be included in the fantasy football Week 11 RB streamers column. All ownerships for players will be provided and will reflect that of Wednesday morning, once waivers are processed.

Fantasy Football Week 11 RB Streamers

Gus Edwards Fantasy Outlook vs. CAR (40.1%)

Many fantasy managers ran with the Kenyan Drake hype after Gus Edwards went down with injury. But, after a whole week to recover on bye, Edwards should take control of the backfield again, considering he is the best and most complete back in Baltimore. The Ravens face the Carolina Panthers this week, who allow the sixth-most fantasy points per game (FPPG) to opposing running backs thus far (26.2). At just over 40% ownership, there’s a very solid chance Edwards went under the radar last week due to his bye. If you picked him up like we told you to, he is among the top fantasy football Week 11 RB streamers.

Jerick McKinnon Fantasy Outlook at LAC (22.5%)

It’s a headache to guess which Kansas City Chiefs running back gets the most fantasy points in a given week, but Jerick McKinnon offers the most upside out of all options. Rookie Isiah Pacheco was named starter a few weeks ago and has been slowly taking over the rushing duties, but McKinnon remains the pass-catching back, seeing eight targets in back-to-back games. The Los Angeles Chargers have been abysmal on defense, allowing over 30.0 FPPG to both opposing running backs and wide receivers thus far.

Elijah Mitchell Fantasy Outlook at ARI (56.7%)

Elijah Mitchell returned to the lineup after missing all but Week 1 and made an immediate impact even with Christian McCaffrey splitting touches. The pair of backs had an almost even split, both totaling 18 carries. Obviously, Mitchell’s upside and overall fantasy value are hindered now with McCaffrey demanding touches, but his 18-carry, 89-yard rushing performance in his first game back from injury is promising. I’d expect him to be a regular part of the backfield rotation.
