When it comes to fantasy football streamers, the defense/special teams position is always one to monitor consistently on the waiver wire. In deeper formats, it can be hard to find defenses that produce consistent fantasy points, which is why many fantasy owners opt to intentionally stream the position all season long, playing positive matchups over drafting a highly-regarded unit. For those doing just that, read on for three fantasy football Week 10 defense streamers that are worth consideration.

Keep in mind, there are only four teams on a bye (BAL, CIN, NE, NYJ).

Defenses must be owned in less than 55 percent of ESPN leagues to be included in the fantasy football Week 10 defense streamers column. All ownerships for defenses will be provided and will reflect that of Wednesday morning, once waivers are processed.

Fantasy Football Week 10 Defense Streamers

Tennessee Titans Fantasy Outlook vs. DEN (37.9%)

The Tennessee Titans defense has been very solid across their last five games compared to the first three, averaging 9.0 fantasy points per game (FPPG). The Denver Broncos have certainly had their offensive woes this season and it’s very possible the Titans control most of this game when Russell Wilson is on the field on offense. Opposing fantasy defenses that face the Broncos offense average about 7.9 FPPG, meaning fantasy managers could find free double-digit points from a streaming option owned in less than 40% of leagues.

New York Giants Fantasy Outlook vs. HOU (29.0%)

The New York Giants are coming off a bye week to face an underwhelming Houston Texans offense led by Davis Mills. The only threat to the Giants’ fantasy day is Dameon Pierce running all over the defense, but the Giants have been top-five against opposing running backs all season long. Considering their ownership is only 29% and it increased over 20% as waivers processed, they are going to be one of, if not, the most popular cheap fantasy football Week 10 defense streamers option.

Denver Broncos Fantasy Outlook vs. TEN (40.6%)

The Denver Broncos have won games single-handedly because of their defense, but with a bye last week, many fantasy managers dropped them, resulting in just a 40.6% ownership. The Broncos are the DEF7 right now in fantasy football and haven’t allowed more than 26 points all season. The pass pressure and sack totals will suffer with Bradley Chubb now on the Miami Dolphins via trade, but the turnover rate and overall defensive talent is enough to keep them in the top 10 for the rest of the season.
